Rear brakes on my 2005 ford freestyle have gone out again.have approx. 100,000 miles on the car and this is the 2nd time i have had to replace, not to mention that i have had to replace the tires 5 times on this car.it is an odd size tire so it is hard to find decent ones for the snow and they can be really expensive if you do find them.

The contact owns a 2006 jaguar xj type. The vehicle has two continental conti touring tires, line size 235/50/18 on the front of the vehicle. While driving at approximate speeds of 70 mph, the vehicle began to abnormally pull to the right. The dealer advised that the tread on the passengers side had separated and was causing the failure. The tire was replaced by the contacts spare tire, which was the same tire as the one that had failed. The failure mileage was approximately 34,900 and the current mileage was approximately 35,200. The failure mileage was 3,086 and the current mileage was 3,098.

Three out of four tire valves cracked and leaked air during long highway trips. There was no sudden failure and no accidents occurred. The problem was corrected by replacing the tire valve and reinflating the tire.
