I have had nothing but problems from my 2005 altima that i purchased new in sept 05.the first week i owned the vehicle my engine light came on and the vehicle was very sluggish from takeoff, i then called the dealership where i purchased the vehicle and was told that all nissan are sluggish and need to be driven to get the "newness from the vehicle" what kind of crap is that.about 6 months ago, i noticed that my brakes are squealing and my tires needed to be replaced, i don't even have 20k miles on my vehicle so this is very mysterious to me. Nissan in my opinion does not listen to its customers and claims to be the very best towards their customers on the commercials but in reality they are just another big company making money at the expense of "use to be loyal" customers".every complaint on this board i can agree with which is sad for i to have experienced the seat belts, sharp bar under the passengers seat, engine and passenger seat air bag light so basically all we have is an expensive good looking non-working pieces of crap.so thank you very much nissan.signed - will never ever ever purchase another nissan in my life.

I have two complaints.i have a 2006 ford freestyle. First complainti purchased my freestyle in late december 2005 and not even six months later in early june 2006 (only 8,056 miles) about 800 miles from home, my rear right tire blew out. Tire was replaced. When i returned home i went to the dealer and i was told the warranty does not cover the tire.then againin november 2006 there was a bubble in my left rear tire.tire was replaced.was told not under warranty.second complaintat 18,770 miles i had to replace rear brakes that were worn to metal. The r-r rotor was damaged so the rear pad/shoes, one rotor, and brakes were replaced. One rotor was resurfaced.this seemed like a lot of serious work for an automobile that wasn't even two years old.i was a previous owner of a ford explorer and we didn't have this kind of problem that early.
Tire tore apart all around, reeled off my m.benz e 320.*la
The contact owns a 2013 hyundai elantra equipped with continental tire line: 215/45 r17 tires. The contact stated that the front passenger tire exhibited bubbles within the tire. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure and current mileage was 7,000.
Purchased new 2002 nissan quest on 12/201.current millage is 26,000. All 4 tires have had tire separation. We replaced the first one on 7/03 with only 17,800 miles on it, the second one on 12/03, the third one on 7/12/04, and the forth on 8/22/04. After contacting the manufacturer (continental tires) they have made me pay for all 4 replacement tires.i have told them that i belive that those tires must have been defective. They said that they would prorate the tires, but why should i have to pay for their defective tires? if those tires wouold have been good they should have lasted at least 40-50 thousand miles. I have also had to pay to re-align the van. This is a second vehicle that, as you can see by the millage, is not used alot. All tires were replaced at tire kingdom in apopka, so i don't have the tire numbers you might need. They said they had to return them to continental for the warranty. The consequences could have been fatal on all four occasions. Twice we were driving long distance and could have had a serious accident on the interstate. Tire size is:p215/65r16the replacement tires are the same as the ones before, but i don't want them! i don't trust them! what i would like is a new set of tires from a different manufacturer or at least repayment of the prorated money i had to invest plus the alignment which amounts to $224.19.
