This is a report of failure of chevrolet vehicle dealership service and maintenance for 2007 chevrolet silverado truck 2500hd.on august 16, 2010 the local dealership for gmc products failed to perform required maintenance on my vehicle.as part maintenance level ii specifications, resetting tire pressures after tire rotation and lubrication of fittings and body components is not accomplished by the service department.internal vehicle monitoring of tire pressures the front tires indicates 85 and 87 psi.vehicle specifications require 60 psi in both front tires.the dealership service department over inflated both front tires 25 and 27 psi.these tires pressures are verified with an external hand help pressure gage done by the owner after the vehicle sat for more than three hours.refund of remittance paid for services not performed is requested but also is not accomplished by the dealership.

Traveling about 70 mph on interstate 85 northbound in ga just before exit 64 union city. Far left fast lane. Sudden rear tire explosion. No load being hauled 65 psi air pressure in tire. Able to remain in control and work my way over to right side emergency lane. Changed to spare tire only damaged rim when truck fell and rolled over carcassa few times. Did not strike any object and tire had no physical damage seen before its blowout.

Three blow outs during highway driving, from three diferenet tires same brand, same size etc.
