I drive a 2006 bmw 330xi with the oembridgestone turanaza runflat tires.from 2006 to today i have replaced all 4 of my tires and rims twice and still have problems with the tires being to rough on new york city roads which means itjust cracking and bending each and every rim on my car over time. Now this problem with the tires being to rough and lack of control with there tires lead to another problem something in my steering rack has cracked. Bmw not wanting to tell me what part of the steering rack was broken all they told me was it will cost 3000 dollars and i couldn't pay it in monthly installments,i have been trying to alert them of my situation for about 1 year but they do not take me seriously since i am only 22 years oldand take me for a fool. As of yesterday also my lock actuators which is the part of the car that allows your alarm to unlock your doors are frozen and will not unlock any other doors expect the driver by using the manual key. For the im paying everymonth bmw is not diving me the ultimate driving machine, i will not recommend this car to anyone soul in the new york and i am looking to take legal action for my rights against the lack or quality and safety they have put me in over the lack year.

Audi westmont leased me a brand new 2019 a6 last november 12, 2018.they claim "all" of audi's 2019 a6's come with "summer tires" on them and getting an "all season" or "winter" tire is not possible unless i pay another $2,690.83 for four more "wheels and winter tires".i drove the vehicle for two months on their "summer tires" bridgestone turanza t005 summer tires.on two separate occasions with less than one inch of snow on the ground, i totally lost control of the car while braking.my wife refused to ride again with me with the tires that came with the car.i finally went back in and had to purchase from them four new sotozero3 winter tires and four new wheels.i now have 8 new tires and 8 new wheels.my complain is with audi, not the dealer.selling or leasing these vehicles with summer tires only in a geographical area that experiences winters such as suburban chicago, is a disaster waiting to happen.audi needs to be stopped before someone dies.thank you!

I have 2002 camry se v6. The car came with brigestone tires that were totally uncontrollable under very little snow conditions. Driving this car on a couple of snow days gave me the scare of my life. I tried to contact the dealer and toyota many times and did not get any help. I have spend $300.00 traded my new tires to different tires. The traction of the vehicle greatly improved. I simply can not believe a 'reputed' car company can s... Customer like this when they spend $30,000 on a brand new car. The second problem i have is that the car 'wobbles' while driving at all speeds. May complaints to the dealers got the same response: "the road are to be blamed, nothing wrong with the car". Recently i got the wheel balance/alignment done. Not much difference. I drive my other vehicle on the same roads and never feel this way. Driven other cars and not felt like this.this definitely seems some defect in the suspension/wheels or frame. Toyota - you better do something about this or people will just "talk" about these problems and you will have to hear them. Jb

This is the second vehicle that has had a blow out with the bridgestone turanza p215/65 r15 95t. I called a local bridgestone-firestone dealer and all they said was that it wasn't on the list. The first vehicle was a 1997 dodge intrepid vin [xxx] and it had the passenger front tire blow. It did $1940. Worth of damage. All i'm asking is since it isn't on the "list" maybe it should be. The top of the tire separated completely and damaged the front quarter panel along with the bumper, etc. Luckily there were no injuries or fatalities. I have since gone with a different tire and not bridgestone-firestone. The contact owns a 2016 lexus is 300 equipped with bridgestone turanza all season tires, size: 225/40/r18 (na). The contact was informed that he would get less than 15,000 miles on the tires. The tires were not changed. One year later, while performing another oil change, the contact noticed that the inner tires were bald. The vehicle was taken back to the dealer, but the cause of the failure was not determined. The contact researched the failure on the internet and found that the front lower control arm bushing was floating. As a result, the tire moved inward and became bald quickly. The lexus manufacturer was notified of the failure and referred the contact to bridgestone. The tire manufacturer (bridgestone) was contacted and stated there were no known failures with the tire. The vehicle failure mileage was 31,300. The tire failure mileage was 5,600.

At approximately 12:00 am 6/23/06, i was driving from albany, tx to dallas, tx on highway 180... And the tread on my right rear tire separated from the rest of the tire.the tire is a bridgestone turanza.i was doing between 70 and 75 at the time and the vehicle was totally out of control until i was able to reduce speed to about 25.interestingly, the remaining tire did not go flat.it was still inflated when i came to a halt.the tread tore off part of my rear bumper and marked up the rear side panel of my vehicle.i have taken many pictures of the tire and of the damage to my vehicle.this is the third tire of a 4 tire set that has given me problems.the first two developed ridges in the tread.i replaced them last august.the rear tires at the time seemed fine.now, ten months later... Here i am on the highway and the tread separates.i could have easily died or been seriously injured. If there had been traffic at the time... There would have been an accident as my vehicle was all over the highway until the speed was reduced and control could be regained.

I have had to replace (4) sets of bridgestone and firestone tires on my'97 avalon due to hydroplaneing, poor wear quality and substandard performance.i have had nothing but firestone & bridgestone tires on this car since i purchased it new.yet, i have spent close to $2000.00 and alot of my time to replace tires that haven't held up to the performance and quality "as advertised"! on 11/16/00, i spent an additional $543.15 replacemy last set of bridgestone tires with michilen 205/60/15 tires.i also have a 1988 toyota 4-runner with 230,000 miles on it.from the day i bought it new, i have had nothing but bridgstone dessert deuler's on it.the last set of b/s dessertduelers i purchased for my 4-runner were so poorly built, that i went through 8 (eight) tires to find four good ones; because they were all out of round and hopping.on 11/15/00, i was forced to replace my 4-runner tires with michelin tires as well.i have been a true bridgestone/firestone tire diehard until these most recent problems.but i got to the point that i felt that the safety of my family and i was at risk due to the poor quality and performance bridgestone/firestone had advertised their tires to be.i am requesting a full investigation by nhtsa and the bridgestone/firestone company.i have all the documentation to support my claim.please feel free to call me at (904) 223-9549 if you have furhter questions or i may assist in any way.thank you in advance for your help.respectfully, john m. I bought a 02 toyota camry se last year. I live in michigan and in the winter it snows quite a bit. Generally normal (not snow) tires work fine in the winter. However, the new tires that come with the se are not meant for winter weather at all. They perform terribly even inthe least amount of now and skid. I had several incidents where i almost had fatal accidents. Luckily i did not get into a crash as i drive extremely slowly. I called the dealer and they did not do anything. However, they replaced the tires for a few se buyers but did not do so for me. I think toyota knows of this problem and have refused to do anything about it. I think they should not sell the se with the bridgestone tires that they currently do. You can expect a buyer to replace all four new tires when they have only 2000 miles on them. This is a safety hazard for people who do not realize the problem before they buy the vehicle.i hope you will investigate this matter and help all the se buyers.

The tires do not show tread wear or the temperature ratings on the sidewall.*jg

Six tires on this car have flattened since its purchase with no evidence of road hazard. They began to rapidly leak air within months of purchase and, once flattened, are not repairable because of sidewall damage. One possibility is that the tire and wheel do not (and never have) worked together such that the seal is not complete and once broken the tire flattens. Or the tires are defective and the sidewall weakens and causes loss of air and ultimate deflation. (tiresize: 225/75/r17)

Tires have not failed.sidewall cracks/deterioration noticed during routine stop for gas.i plan to replace all 4 tires immediately.
