During normal driving it was discovered that there was unusual wear on the tire.after removing the tire it was noticed that the tire had deformity at the point of wear.the tire was replaced with a new one.tire brand - gladiatortire line - qr25 - tstire size - st225/75r15dot number - pptd gts 5215

Pegasus advanta clt tire blew out while driving.inspection showed casing failure on outside edge of sidewall.further inspection revealed incomplete dot number - no manufacture date.last 4 digits were blank (empty circles).the drop down tire list did not list pegasus so i picked api since they were the pegasus manufacturer.this complaint does not apply to the gladiator - i could not proceed without making a selection.

The contact owns a 2018 corn pro deckover flatbed trailer (na) equipped with api gladiator tires, size: t25/75/15 (na). While the trailer was parked, all the tires deflated. The dealer and manufacturer were not notified of the failure. The tires were not diagnosed or repaired. The vin was unknown and the tire failure mileage was 200.
The contact owns a 2012 forest river flagstaff rv equipped with american pacific gladiator (na) tires, size: 225/75/r15 (na). While driving approximately 55 mph, the front passenger side tire blew out. In addition, the contact observed that the rear driver side tire blew out. The tires were replaced. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The approximate vehicle failure mileage was 10,000 and the tire failure mileage was 6,000.
Since i purchased 7 tires in 2015 i lost 6 of them on the road on different dates, all do to thread separation dealer replaced the tire under mfg warranty but the damages left on the trailer is significant luckily no one injured or damages to other on the road , just found out that thees tires has ben recalled in 2014 its still in the market ben offered to consumers in the phoenix az
