False neutrals when shifting from 2nd gear to 3rd gear. After shifting to 3rd gear,transmission will drop down to 2nd gear on its own.
These are common problems with the '98-'01 victory bikes.my transmission is showing signs of "going out."victory will not recall nor replace until total failure.failure of other's bikes have resulted in transmission locking up under speed.thank you for your attention.
