Two tire valve stems out of four cracked: one is definitely a tr-418 but the first one is unknown but believed to also be a tr-418. All four of the new tire valve stems were installed at the same time when a set of four tires were purchased at sears in 12/07. First stem was replaced 6/09 but i didn't know about the recall and maybe sears didn't either as i assume no inspection of the other three stems was made since the stem that just cracked was a tr-418.
Tire valves. They just broke off!
