The contact owns a t-motor sports folding trailer. The contact stated while towing a motorcycle approximately 35 mph, he noticed that the motorcycle was tilted upward. The trailer was maneuvered to the shoulder and the contact noticed that the rear frame on the trailer was bent. The trailer was not taken to a dealer to have the failure diagnosed or repaired. The contact also stated the trailer listed a load capacity of 800 pounds and the motorcycle weighed 500 pounds. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure.updated 12/08/11
