To whom this concern i have a 06 suzuki grand vitara im the original owner the passenger air bag light stays on, the dealer and company says i have to spend 2000.00 to fix itif u go on line the other people are having the same issues my autistic son sits in the frontand i believe they dealer and company knew about this for the longest time nopt doing nothing to help us expect everyone to spend money which i think i should be a recall, can something be done to help my email is[xxx]or[xxx] address is [xxx]ty for your time and i hope to get a response.information redacted pursuant to the freedom of information act (foia), 5 u.s.c. 552(b)(6).

The airbag malfunction light on the dashboard has gone on over a dozen times since i owned the car. For the first 3 years suzuki dealership has so called repaired it, however within 4 weeks the light on the dash goes on and remains on, now i pay for all repairs and november of 2009 i spent 600 dollars which included repair of the airbag, so the light won't go on, they told me they repaired it and 3 weeks later the airbag safety warning light went on again and won't go off. I want to report this because i heard of alot of foreign cars recalled and my car has 4 airbags which keeps malfunctioning, and the fix is only temporarily. I am still paying off the car, and i need your expertise advise, maybe this should be a recall matter. Please help me. [xxx]
New suzuki forenza brought in 2007 10 miles when purchased. Seat belts were not working, battery died, all door handles broke inside of car, tire sensor not working, gear shift not working (continuous problem) transmission started failing, also the passenger seat belt light failed to engage when someone was sitting on there.and currently in service brakes/gears/lights not working. Vehicle currently has 30,000 miles only 2 yrs old. I need help i've tried everything.
I have a 2002 suzuki xl-7 and in jan 2005 newburgh suzuki had to replace the a/c compressor because locked up. Veh only had 13,247 miles on it. Now again nov 2008 veh only has 38,000 miles on it compressor is starting to lock up again.
Vehicle burns 1 quart of oil every 1000 miles. 2nd row safety belts are frayed on passenger & driver side from rubbing against interior plastic of vehicle.
I have complained consistently about the vibrations at idle and the loud noises in my engine compartment. Also fumes coming thru my vents that burn my eyes at times. Ended up in the er on one occasion and the next day the car had oil all over the valve gasket cover. Car was towed to the dealer but they said they seen no oil but i had pics of the leak. Still get intermittent smells of gas while driving that burn my eyes and throat. The engine gets hot fast and that's when the car starts to accelerate. Seems like it is searching for gears and the rpms rev up. I can feel the engine in my drivers seat really bad. My warranty is almost expired and it is now 2011 and the car has been in twice for the same complaints. Not to mention hearing the struts rattle over bumps and while making turns. They replaced my suspension twice. 1st time was while i only had my car for 2 months. I am not getting no results and this car is very unsafe. Now i am scared if i was to be involved in an accident the airbag may not deploy. They need to recall this car for the faulty transmission and the airbags before someone gets hurt really bad.

I check my power steering fluid still looking full and i don't know why keep making noise from the power steering. I don't' know its going to safe to drive while making noise. Can some one do something about it because i hate it. I am going to trade for new car and not suzuki car no more.
Stiff neck. I do not want to wear my helmet all the time. I want the choice.

My 2003 suzuki sv1000s started running poorly after i filled up the gas tank on 9/10/2005.initially i thought i had bad gas. I took the bike to the dealer and they checked it and found there is a crack in the tank.the dealer said the crack is near the fuel vapor separator.this part is only installed on e-33 (california model) gas tanks for emissions purposes.that crack caused fuel to leak into the carbon canister which is only for fuel vapor.the dealership has replaced the tank, and carbon canister under warranty.i am not the only sv1000s owner living in ca that has this problem.several members from a forum i am a member of (http://www.sv1000.zyns.com/index.php?) are having the same issues.i found a previous complaint from another owner and that is why i am writing this complaint up.i believe suzuki will replace the tanks but only on a case by case basis.
2007 suzuki xl7, this is the second time within 6 months that the steering gear needs to be replaced and now the part is on backorder (it has been on backorder for over a month now), i don't understand why this part is on backorder and now i'm driving the vehicle that needs repair.what other problems could driving this vehicle cause.someone please look into this and find out why the steering gear is on back order and why is their a problem six months after a new part was put in by the dealer..
My husband unlocked our truck door. He put our son in the car seat and the keys dropped to the floor and he went to shut the door, the door caught and locked within not even 30 seconds. And its never done this before. So, why now?my husband had to broke our window to get our son out. He was in there for awhile cause no one would help us. So, i would like to know if there is anything you could do for us to help us replace the window.

After purchasing this vehicle new in september 2006, it has been in the service dept of phil long suzuki 9 times in an 8 month period.the heater inside the suzuki grand vitara xsport works intermittently and the service dept has no idea how to fix it.i've been caught in 4 blizzards here in colorado with 2 babies in the car and no heater!the suzuki corporation refuses to make things right! the district manager, mike wetstone has been nothing but rude and refuses to help with this matter.the suzuki corporation refuses to accept any responsibility and has continuously pushed us off on the district manager.i definitely purchased a lemon and was threatened by mike wetstone that if i go through with filing a report through the lemon law, it will cost me thousands of dollars out of pocket!!!
