I bought a 1994 honda accord on february 2, 2010. After having the vehicle for about a week, the left tire rod broke on the car.,,,, it was towed to a service center to get repaired on 2/13/2010, then as i drove the car on 2/16/2010, the steering wheel pulled very hard to the right enabling me to steer, and crashed me into a big curve...i was rushed to the hospital and had to undergo 2 surgeries with having to get a tracheostomy in place..i still have it as of today. I am undergoing therapy, outpatient surgery and frequent er visits..

My 2004 ford explorer had to have the complete rear end fixed. It has only 40,000 miles and should never have had to repair this part of a automobile. Especially a 2004. The repair shop said they have never had to repair a rear end and they have been in business for 30 years. There has to be something wrong that ford did to my vehicle to have this break this soon. It cost me over $1200 of which we are on a fixed income. We had to sell things, borrow money with interest and with my husband so very ill that his medicine for 7 pills every three months is over $700 a 3 month. Someone had to make a mistake. I have driven fords since i started drive over several years ago. Matter of fact the first car i drove was the ford push button. Please find out if there is someone that can help us with this extremely high repair bill. This car is our only transportation andis very wrong for us to have to pay this much for repair for such a new car. Thank you , norma grotberg

2006 xterra. Bought new, after one year of ownership had four people in it and rear bottom out. Has done this many times. Dealership first said it was only mine , no other complaints from no one else, then replaced shocks , rear leaf springs. Had them drive others on lot and all did the same thing. Nissan sent out a dealer rep, only to say i hit the dip in the road to fast. This is not only a cover up from a bad design from nissan, but it is a safety issue to at 65 miles an hour and you bottom outyou could loose control. Are you going tobe able to stop the suv when the shock mounts break and or the leaf springs break, how about after many times of the impact on the axel do to the bump stops hitting it are the axles going to have problems?

I noticed that my truck was leaning to the right side. I took it in to the dealership and they replace a connector in the lift system on april 30,2008. The lift system failed while driving. 05/06/08. Since i purchasedmy 98,ford expedition back in 2000,the lift system has been a problem. It has been repaired several times since i 've had this truck. The truck was flatbed to the dealership. The suspension system on the truck never coded until the 8th of may at the shop. When the lift/suspension failed no indicatorlight never came on. The rear started to drop as i was driving it home. Now i have to pay to get it convert to a coil system.

Problem with air suspension on vehicle. Placed in shop over 7 or more times problem still not resolved.dealership has replaced parts but still same problem.

2004 dodge stratus 67,000 milesthe rear strut tower broke off of the vehicle due to corrosion causing the tower to become lodged into the tire, damaging the tire, which could have caused an accident.this issue was caught prior to an accident.chrysler is unable to keep up with the demand for these parts, leading me to believe that this is an on going issue with the vehicle.there is a national back-order on therear strut mounts and mounting plates and the dealership is unable to provide a time as to when my vehicle can be repaired.

Bought a new 2003 z-71 chevrolet silverado in sept 03'. Had a bouncing while driving at any speed. Went to the dealer and was told that i probably needed a tire balance. So i went to their tire shop. I did this five(5) separate times. So then they thought maybe a bad tire. So, i had all tires changed.i have now had three(3) differant sets of tires put onto this vehicle. So then i e-mailed chevrolet with no response. About three weeks later i e-mailed them again. This time i got a phone call from chevrolet. They had me set up a ride along with the service manager. Just leaving the dealership for the test drive, the service manager commented on the vibration in his rear through the seat. 20 minutes later his comment was "this would drive me crazy!". At that point they changed the rear shocks.no help. So i called the dealership to see what was their next coarse of action and the service manager told me he was meeting with his rep. And a engineer and wanted the truck back again three weeks later. So after i dropped it off, later i got a call from the service manager that there are two setting on the front end that they wanted to try. I got my vehicle back without any explaination from anyone about what was done now. I didn't want to take it but was told that leaving it there would not help because if this did not work that pretty much too bad. No one had a solution for me i was then told that it was drivin' be the engineer and compared to several others. They then said it's probably a characteristic of the vehicle. However, i was not givin a chance to drive any other at any time nor did i see any 2003 z-71's on their lot. So what did they compare it to and why wasn't i givin an oportunity to drive another?? i also work on a used car lot myself and have driven 2 other 2003 z-71's which we had and one was lifted. Neither had the bounce mine has. Some roads bounce so much that the truck starts to hop constantly. Not to mention the back pain after long drives.

Suspensionmax.com and springtech are selling torsion bar keys for gm heavy duty trucks that are so far out of tolerance that they may be dangerous or deadly.gm hd trucks have torsion bars with a hex head measuring 1.5". The replacement keys offered by the above companies have an opening of 1.75" this leaves a tolerance of .250".after speaking to other manufacturers, i have learned that tolerances of .030 to .060" are acceptable. Having a tolerance of .250" causes the key to only contact the hex points on the torsion bar. These points will wear as they are supporting the entire front half of the truck. After these points have worn, there will be nothing left supporting the front of the truck, causing the front suspension and brakes to drop.i have spoken to a representative of suspensionmax named jacob lecompte. He freely offered that all of the keys they have in stock are the same dimensions equaling a 1.75" opening. These keys have since disappeared from their website, but are still being offered for sale on their ebay store.

When turning left or right loud grinding noise- has been serviced 4 times and after the last time it stopped, but has since returned. Also, excessive amounts of brake dust on wheels, and they are making noises. Also as if they need to be changed and theres only 4000 miles on the truck.

Had a rock krawler 3.5 x factor lift kit installed on my 2005 jeep grand cherokee.rock krawler acknowledged an incorrect bolt was sent out with the kit and could cause failures to the system.before i could get it in to be looked at the bolt snapped while i was driving on the road causing a multitude of events.first the actual bolt was ruined, which caused the strut fork the slam down onto the strut which bent and punctured the strut, also the front right axle got bent and shaved down because of the instant rubbing and heat caused by the friction which made it unbalanced.rock krawler sent me correct bolts and new forks, that is it!they has said they will pay for the strut, but not the axle or and labor costs that go along with fixing the problems their defective equipment caused.

Several electrical problems with the vehicle since purchase.took back to dealer who explained there was not a problem.recently, air suspension system failed.i changed fuses with no relief.had searched for mechanic other than dealer to look at vehicle but no mechanic will look at or service because they say that there is always a problem with the air suspension on navigators and i would not find any mechanic who would touch it.today my vehicle is sitting in front of the house because of the air suspension problem.i don't trust the dealer as they are always trying to get me to purchase a new car from them and when i don't they overcharge me for repairs.
