The contact stated that the headlights were recall under nhtsa campaign id number: 08e056000 (exterior lighting: headlights) and the manufacturer was contacted in which the contact left several voicemail messages within a three month period.the contact complained that the manufacture failed to respond to any of the contacts calls. The contact had not experienced a failure with the headlights.
