[xxx] was riding a motorcycle while wearing a skid lid helmet manufactured by shanghai tung kuang light industry co., his motorcycle laid down due to a vehicle pulling in his path.he had the helmet properly attached to his head but it failed to be retained in the crash.the helmet came off his head when the rear of the helmet was pushed upward.witnesses saw the helmet come off his head in the crash.
