My complaint is not about an incident, but about the company that manufactured a product. On 21 august i purchased a mobile home that is permanently tied down to real property. The home has never been lived in even though it was set up for use in a few years ago. All of the appliances were unused when i purchased it. The home was fitted with a non functional samsung built in microwave oven that is normally used in rv's. The local appliance repair shop told me that they could not repair it because it is on a recall list. At this point i called the number that was supplied on the nhtsa website. That number is connects me with a non existent customer service number that then disconnects the call. I can not reach any customer service representative for help in this matter. I also made a report to customer service in the form of email and have received no response from them. It would seem that samsung has dropped the ball and this is their way of not having to deal with the matter. Can you help?
