Dt: the rv dealer toldconsumer that the truck he had wasn't heavy enough to pull the trailer, there were swaying and bumping issues with the trailer. Then the owner traded vehiclefora heavier one at the recommendation of the rv dealer, but the issueswere still there. Then,rv dealer changed the part of the hitch and that eliminated the swaying but not the bumping. Trailer was still bumping when being towed by the recommended truck from the rv dealer.owner has been in contact with the manufacturer and the dealership numerous times, but the problem was still not resolved. The owner has done the recommended remedy the rv dealer suggested. And the trailer was still not working.ownertalked to the dealer and the manufacturer about 15 different times. The general manager to a sister dealership said that the slide out being behind the wheels of the trailerwould cause the bumping. .currently,the managerdenied saying this. A person from the customer service department claimed that it was the customer's fault for buying the trailer.

The contact referenced nhtsa campaign number: 06e076000 (equipment) and stated that the refrigerator leaked coolant through a crack in the boiler. The contact called the manufacturer at: 888-446-5157 and was told that the coolant would be replaced in the refrigerator. The manufacturer also stated that there was a built-in switch installed to prevent leaks. The contact stated that the manufacturer declined help with any other repair cost. The equipment was not repaired or replaced. The failure mileage was unknown.
