I am writing to ask for assistance with replacing a potentially unsafe shank listed in recall notice 11e027. The shank is part number 54970. I attempted to contact cequent via phone and email and have not received any response. My shank has a part number listed in the recall but the serial number cannot be made out. I would be concerned pulling my trailer with this shank and am asking for your assistance in obtaining a replacement. Thank you.
