On october 10, 2018, i purchased a pair of sylvania silverstar ultra headlamp bulbs part h11su.bp2 and installed them into my 2010 toyota prius. These lamps cost over $50 for a pair.tonight, only 90 days after installation, i noticed that one bulb had failed.luckily i had a spare in my trunk and was able to install it (on a rainy foggy night in a but at least it was a well lit parking lot). There isno excuse for headlamp bulbs failing in only 90 days.i urge you to investigate the quality of sylvania osram headlamps because this is truly a safety issue.people should be able to install new headlamp bulbs in their cars before winter sets in and be confident that they'll last throughout the winter.
