I dropped my 2006 weekend warrior off for service on the generator.it was pointed out to me that the fuel filter at the top near the carburetor was leaking fuel.i was advised from the technician that this was a safety hazard because the fuel would drip down on the generator and possibly cause a fire.i am getting this fixed and paying out of pocket. The service tech said that he has seen this issue many times before. I have been checking online and there are many people complaining about this same issue but there is no safety recall from onan.here is the generator information:2006 onan 5.5k marguis gold.thank you for your time.
