The contact stated that the front driver's side wheel deflated due to the cracks near the spoke. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic however, the wheel was not replaced. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 210,000.
The contact owns a 2012 ram 3500 equipped with moto metal 961 wheels, model number: m069129080718 (na). The contact stated that air was leaking from the front driver side wheel. Upon inspection, the contact discovered that the wheel was cracked where each of the seven spokes attached to the wheel. The cause of the failure was not determined. The wheel was replaced. The failure later occurred to the other three wheels. The manufacturer was not notified and no solution was offered. The failure mileage was unknown.
The moto metal 909 skull is cracking. I have the 6 lug wheel. The 8 lug wheels did the exact same thing and were recalled.
