O2 oxygen seor failure in my 2017 jeep trail hawk at 24,000 miles. As i was applying the breaks at an intersection the car engine like was blinking and the electronic power steering failure light came on. The car started to shutter, including the steering wheel. Came back home, parked the car and called called jeep road side assistance. At the dealership it was confirmed the 02 oxygen sensor had failed. Car under warranty, fixed at no charge. This was not the first time the engine light came on but never blinking. Spoke with the technician before leaving the dealership. He told me if it happens again turn of the ignition, wait several minutes then start the car again. Sometimes that's all it takes. If the engine light is not on then it's safe to continue driving. Also, the right front shock absorber had to be replaced last year. Again, under warranty and no cost to me.
