The passenger side air bag sensor failed, downtown itsa common thing but the manufacturer doesn't want to cover the recall.
The keys to my 2020 mini countryman somehow got locked inside the vehicle along with my phone and my dog. It was 98 degrees outside and i was on a rural road. Luckily a trucker passed by and was able to break the back window to get the dog out. I brought the car for service but they claimed they couldn't find a fault with the locking system and that it may have been caused by interference from my cell phone (!) what if it had been a child? i have been unable to get any assurance from mini/bmw that they are addressing the issue. I had all auto locking features turned off as a precaution.
