I recently purchase a mcculloch hid kit while being unaware of the quality and recall. After two weeks with it, one headlight decided to stop working. I checked everything and came to the conclusion that the ballast was bad. There are many other people who are experiencing the same problem as me. I called mcculloch motors at 562-926-9699 and asked for a replacement ballast and they refused to replace mine even though it was under warranty. I also informed them about their recall and they told me they couldn't refund me.
