We bought an 2005 montana 3650rk we had so problems with the frig. Not cooling we call the dealership we bought it from to find out what to do to fix it. We never got anyone to call us back ,then on 12/21/05 at 12:00am we woke up to the smell of smoke, no alarm went off, only to find the outside of the rv and frig. Were on fire.
We received notice of a safety recall for the iota its-50r transfer switch for our 2009 keystone rv.it warned that continued use of the vehicle without replacing the transfer switch increases the risk of a fire, personal injury, and property damage.we made an appointment with the sealing dealer for the repair.they supposedly replaced the transfer switch.the first time we took the unit out after the repair, and plugged it into a 50 amp electric source, we had no electricity to the unit.upon calling the servicing dealership they were not interested in verifying that the safety recall work had been done correctly and basically said good luck!
