There is a delay in the car starting when you turn the key fobs to start it takes 3 or 4 seconds to start up.

The event leading up to the failurewas driving 3 miles from work to babysitters. The failure is the car refuses to turn over after turned off. This happens commonly in colder weather. Battery was replaced, starter was replaced, and then after research learned this is an ignition issue saturn is aware of.

We was driving down the road and the car just shut off and locked up there was 3 adults and 2 children there were no injuries luckily we were not going that fast but now it won't start or nothing. This is crazy.

The key has gotten stuck in the ignition three time now. The first time we could not get the car started in a rough neighborhood, and had to leave it over night. The second time i had to remove the battery cable in order to shut the car off. This last time i also had to remove the battery cable to shut the car off.

I have a 2005 saturn ion and key want release from ignition and sometimes will not start.car was taken to saturn and ignition solenoid, gear shift housing unit, another key was made, security system was reset and car was recalibrated.saturn told me this was what was needed to fix problem and problem still not fixed.i have been reading up on complaints about ion owners and a lot of people have the same problem.i am upset and frustrated i have two kids and have already spent $1000 to repair and replace parts that obviously didn't need to be replaced because problem still exists.i need help this is out of control.as far as problem with car not starting, the problem happens intermittently.saturn tested alternator and battery and checked starter everything checked out.hopefully car not starting is fixed but it happens intermittently and i know i have been stranded in the cold a few times with my children till the car decided too start.

2003 ford focus .we have had ignition problems since we bought the car 4 years ago ( was a used car) the ignition was replaced once. Now we have trouble again. My wife got stuck at a shopping center. My son, a mechanic tried to help, but couldn't get the key to turn. She called aaa. When he arrived he "hit" the ignition very hard and the key turned. She was able to get home, but we expect to have more trouble. It has been happening almost everyday. If the car were to stall on the highway, and not be able to get the key to turn, it could be very dangerous and could cause a serious accident. This should a safety recall. Everyone needs to be able to at least turn the key. We will have to go to ford to replace the ignition at the cost of $400- 500..

2004 oldsmobile alero ignition switch won't start sometimes onhad the ignition switch replaced and still having the problem some times if you keep turning the key on and off it will start or you will have to go under the hood and crank it by the starter.

On august 30, 2008 my 2002 f-250 blew the number 2 spark plug out of the cylinder head. Due to the holiday weekend i have to wait till tuesday to get an estimate on how much it will cost to repair it. I have searched this problem and found this to be common among ford products. Ford needs to set this as a recall item. Ford back your product up you charge enough for them........

This event has occurred twice in the last 3 months. The vehicle is a 2007 ford f150 stx model with the 4.6l v8. In the last 3 months twice the #3 cylinder has blown a coil pack. The first time all i had to do was replace the coil pack. This most recent time it actually blew the spark plug out of the cylinder head. I again had to replace the coil pack but this time i had tobuy a kit to repair the stripped head. The vehicle shut off and would not restart. I was able to get the vehicle to the side of the highwaywith out incident. I was driving on a main high way but luckily i was in the far right hand lane. Had i not been i don't know if i would have been able to guide the vehicle to safety as it had no power.

Ro3/nhtsa 14v-373 have called 2 dealers in this area and visited the one in athens, al. And still have the defective ignition switch.cannot drive vehicle. We have a handicapped son in a wheel chair, thus the handicapped van can not be moved.

My car's check engine light came on a month after i got the car in 2007.the throttle body had to be replaced on it.the dealership paid for it to be replaced.in 2008 my car did the same thing and the throttle body had to be replaced again.now, my car is coming up with the same code again.this is keeping me from getting my car inspected.

2007 jeep wrangler gas overflow ever time i fill up with gas.. Gas comes spilling out all over me,my jeep and worst of allover the ground. I hear about all kinds of other jeep owners with the same problem. Why has there not been a recall on this with gas going all over the ground and on people how safe is that .
