Passenger air bag is turning off frequently. There is always a strong crack whenyou press the brake. There is a decoloringpassenger air bagplace. It eats gas if you turn on the back air conditioner. The passenger console had a big vibration. The odysseyhas gone to the dealer more than four times for the same reason but it's never fixed. They said those claims are normal for a model 2004.
The srs light does not goes off during driving. The dealer told me that it will disable the airbag, and can cause serious problem to me. Just let other honda owners with the same problem. I am really concerned about the safety of the car and hope honda will do something about it.
On november 19th, 2007 i was coming home from work alone in my 2006 honda civic ex on a dirt road. I was not speeding and i was wearing my seatbelt.i chose a different route from my normal route and missed the s curve in the road.my car went to the ditch roughly 3 feet deep on the drivers side, hitting the drivers front, rolling the car one time, landing on the wheels and i put the brakes on, put the car in park and turned off the car.i then got out of the passenger side of the car because the driver side was smashed completely down not allowing me to get out of the car or the window.i could not find my cell phone and went and looked into the field and found where my car rolled and found the phone with the glass from my window.i then called 911 and waited for assistance.i was transported to sidney, ne where after a catscan they found that i had a broken neck in 2 places c6 and c7.they then transferred me by ambulance to fort collins, colorado where i had surgery to fuse the broken vertebrae.i am now out of work and out of a vehicle for now until i am healed.i called honda worried that none of the airbags went off, one of the reasons i bought this car was because of the safety rating because i wanted my family to be safe in any event of an accident.honda after i called them back 2 times finally told me that (case# n012007-11-2900916) honda does not design their airbags to go off in the event of a rollover.funny how when i did my research 1 out of 4 people are killed in a rollover.why wouldn't that be a safety concern??so needless to say there is nothing done to fix the situation.
I have this classic problem with my 2000 accord srs light is on again i been in the dealership for new transmission. 60000 miles it was replaced alsomy seat bucket for free , but the srs light come on again 2 hours later , i took to the dealer and they told me they need to replace some module it cost me 500 dollars ....2 days later the srs light is on again , flashing , my alternator was replaced for a new according to the dealer is the reason my srs light is on the cost me $ 400 to be replace and reset the light 3 days later my srs light is on again ,also my side air bag on and off all the time , i know me or some member of my family will be kill because of this bad air bag system honda dealership , knows about this problemsand don't do any thing about it just star charging money to everyonewho is worry about this light , but the only thing they do is reset the light but no cure the problem , i have many time spent and money in this car, and still i am driving a car with out air bags ...i wontbuy a honda never again ...and i hope don't die driving this one with out air bags .......!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
(1) normal driving of my 1997 honda civic 4 door dx (2) the srs light is now illuminated and has stayed illuminated for the last year - this means my airbags don't work. - dealer checked it out ($90 charge) and said that my srs unit is completely dead and can't tell me why - car has never been wrecked - no problems with it other than this defect (pretty huge defect).(3) i've lodged a couple of complaints and never heard anything back on them.several people post to message boards with same problem - this is an issue that needs to be addressed - i can't afford to buy a new car and am currently riding in a dangerous one because of defective equipment.cost to fix this is > $1000...please help.
Recall on ignition switch/steering column casesteering column had groove marks from steering wheelignition switched replaced / steering column case replacedsince then the horn doesn't blow all the time when blown.i also reported this to the state police here in baton rouge, la.
I have a 2001 honda accord ex that i purchased from beaudry honda in tucson, az. I had the computer module replaced approximately 1 1/2 years ago because the air bag light indicated there was a malfunction. I wrote a letter to honda of america, torrance, ca, but they were unwilling to reimburse me for this defect. Since purchasing this car during may 2001, the side impact air bag light has activated on several occasions. In late 2005, the master control air bag module was found defective. To replace this module will cost over $650.00 in parts alone. I understand the nhtsa has issued a warning to honda accord owners for defective air bag deployment systems. I am requesting that honda cover the repair for this factory defect as well as a reimbursement for the previous repairs. There is a tsb on your site regarding this matter. Thank you for our prompt attention to this matter as it places my and my family at great risk!
On monday 06/05/06 at around 8:45 pm. As i was driving home on the freeway. I started smelling somethinglike gun powder when a few seconds later all of the sudden the driver side air bags deployed with no reason what so ever, the seat belt pulled me back against the seat really hard. I didn't crash, i did not come in contact with anything that could have caused this.thank god i did not have any injuries other than a pain on my left arm due to the deployment of the air bag located on the left side of the driver seat and a slight pain on my lower back i think due to the seat belt pulling me back so hard as the air bags were being eployed.
Electrical problem with my honda odyssey 2005 i brought it brand new and every time i sit in the vehicleit will not start. The dealer told me battery drained out.it already happen 4 times and the main switch of the light is already off they keep on saying that we left the light on. For goodness sake!!! we have 3 cars and this van only has the problem. We think somethingis wrong in the system that's draining the battery i told them several times but they won't believe me. I am worried about my warranty what if it expires then suddenly they will find out what's wrong with the vehicle and payment will come out ofmy pocket. Please advise thanks.
I have a 2000 honda accord se. It wassingle handedly driven since the vehicle was bought brand new in march 2000. I have been maintaining it per the specifications stipulated in the owner's manual, and getting it serviced from honda service centers only. I have been a victim of un-professional experience from honda's dealerships and american honda.a few months ago the engine check light came on. Since it was time to get my major service done i took it to larry hopkins hondaandspecifically asked to check the engine light. They didn't check anything andsaid that everything seemed fine. Since the light was still on i had to take the vehicle back another time to get it checked by paying a diagnostic fee of a $150 which i could have saved had they checked it the firsttime. They diagnosedit as a stuck thermostat, code p1486,and replaced it,charging me $241 mostly labor charge. After a week theengine check light came on again, andwhen i called larry hopkins i was informed that ecu needed replacement, costing $960, and that they could not assure me that it would fix the problem, even after spending more than $1250. Recently,i contacted american honda and they advised me to get another diagnostics done at one of their dealerships before they could help me. I got the vehicle diagnosed, and after paying $129 the same code p1486 was found and wasinformed that ecu was indeeda wear and tear part.however. I disagreed, andhave checked with various technicians whodisagreedthat ecu was a wear and tear item, andhave never heard of an ecus going bad after a few years of usage.
98 honda accord, car went dead while driving 30 mph, coasted into lot and restarted. Ran fine.2 weeks later car went dead while traveling 60 mph, turned key while driving, car restarted, kept driving.car has been in for earlier, 2003 or 2004 , ignition recall.do not know if replaced.now at dealer, who stated they could not find find anything.very dangerous. Has this issue been fixed?
At first my speedometer where the rpms are at would flicker up and down for a while and now my mph doesn't work. At first it started to flicker and now it will not work for a whilethen it kicks in when ever it wants to work.but my main concern is also when my speedometer doesn't work, then the mileage part

Vehicle was bought 02/2006. To date the odometer is reading more than30,546 miles. My daily commute to my jobround trip. Is approx 76 miles daily. My previous car was a toyota hylander. It was bought in august 2002. When i traded that car in to coggins honda it has a total of 57,816 miles and it ran a round trip and a half from new york to florida and back. It was bought in florida and was transported to new york via the auto train within the next year this honda car will have doubled its mileage. The mats in the front driver side appears that someone else was in use of this car. It is highly impossible that i will be keeping this car much longer. I need an explanation for the dealer why this odometer seem as if it set on springs like the energizer bunny, it just keeps running on and on with no intent on regulation. Thanks, lorna ingram
Car stalled when at complete stop to make a turn on5-24-07, started back up immediately and drove fine.car stalled while making a turn into a pharmacy parking lot on 5-25-07, started right back up and drove ok after that.i was thirty miles from home to go to the doctor so i started home on i-44 in a rain storm.i was driving 65 mph in the inside lane when the car stalled.thought i was going to die.this on a friday afternoon on a holiday weekend.was fortunate enough to be able to guide the car over the outside lane of traffic and get it off the road.started right back up.i did turn off the ac and prayed all the rest of the 20 miles or so that i had to go to get home, which i did.called a local repair shop that i have used before and being a holiday weekend, could not get it in before tuesday, 5-29-07.found to be ignition switch.was told to call honda dealership in springfield, mo and was told was fixed after recall.in looking at the paper work i had from previous owner, it had been done at 67375 miles and again had problems and was done at 83050 miles again.they would not help me at all at the dealership so i had no choice but to pay for it myself.the car now has 103596 miles on it.so that tells me that these ignition switches are good for 20,000 or less and my life was in jeopardy because of this faulty switch.now how long can i drive and be safe before this happens again????the very least that honda could do is pay for this but more important fix the switch so that people do not think they are going to die like i almost did.i am 69 years old and this is a strain mentally and financially.
My car shut off when i was in the highway doing 60 m.p.h, this car was recall in 2002 for a ignition switch that was bad. It was replaced but unfortunately i'm having the same problems. I'm very thankful that it was early in the day and not rush hour or anything could had happen.
Acura and its dealer failed to comply with the corrective action required in recall02v120000 concerningthe ignition switch. Instead, they replaced a component of the switch.ignition switch failed a second time.
Recall on ignition switch/steering column casesteering column had groove marks from steering wheelignition switched replaced / steering column case replacedsince then the horn doesn't blow all the time when blown.i also reported this to the state police here in baton rouge, la.
On october 30, 2004, i had the ignition switch replaced on my 1998 honda civic per the recall. In late december of 2007,i began having trouble starting my car.on six occasions, my car completely shut down while driving -- once on the interstate(under construction -- with no shoulder). The dealership diagnosed the problem as a faulty ignition switch, but said that since it was previously taken care of per the recall,i had to pay to replace the 3 year old replacement ($364.).i saved the ignition that they replaced this time -- they did not allow me to save the ignition the first time (2004) (they said, because it was a recalled part). Note: this is a honda civic (this site will not allow me to choose the correct model from the pull-down menu).
Turn ignition key. No crank. No start.repeatedly tried to turn ignition key. Again, no crank start. Power windows, radio and lights appeared workable. Smelled and observed smoke emanating through ventilation vents. Exited car and took personal belongings. Then, visible flames appeared below dashboard above pedals. Car was engulfed in flames in less than 5 minutes. Total loss. Previous month, cap & rotor was replaced to address no start complaint. Plus new battery. In the past year alternator was replaced. Horn assembly and fuse were replaced.
I purchased a 2005 acura rsx type-s about a year and half ago around 4/20/05. I drove it for about 4 months and i started hearing a clicking noise coming from my suspension, i brought it back to the dealership and they installed a new strut. The next month the same problem occurred and they had to replace the other side of the strut. That same week my car started drifting to one side and my steering wheeling wasn't aligned, i bought it back and everything was okay. The next month i still heard the same clicking noise but i didn't have time to go to the dealer. That same week, i heard a tapping noise coming from my engine, i didn't know what it was so i kept driving. Next day, it got worse and i knew there was something wrong, i checked my oil level on a sloped hill but didn't realize it, and it didn't read properly. So, i added two quarts of oil to the engine, but it still had that same tapping noise from the engine. I went to the dealership, and they told me i had destroyed my engine(connecting rods are bent, piston #4 was damaged) and i will need a new engine. The warranty wasn't going to cover it because i added extra oil. So, i immediately got a lawyer, but nothing has been done in a year im still in the same boat and i'm money. I have spoke to several mechanics from various dealers and shops and they told me there's no way adding oil could damage a engine in just a matter of one day. Im running out of ideas and my life is at a stand still if there's anything you can do please help.
My wife was driving a2005 honda crv and the car starting smoking and leaking oil. The honda dealer stated that an oil change was improperly done.however, i have heard that this has been occurring to other people and wanted to report it so it was on file at the nhtsa..
Multiple engine mount failures on 2002 acura mdx. First failure occurred at 40,000 miles. Second failure occurred at 79,000 miles. Both failures were identified by an acura dealer as important mechanical and safety concerns. Both failures were remedied by an acura dealer. The first failure was covered under warranty. The second failure was not covered under warranty.

I took my car to the dealer service shop to get a major service done. The service representative recommends the timing belt changed so i went ahead and okayed it. Got my car back three days later because before i left i told the sales rep. To do the job right. When i pulled out of the dealer the car felt like it was pulling a load. I went back and told the dealer about it they said they have checked everything to specs and it was ok. I still felt it like the car was being forced.
Acura 3.2 tl 2000 was purchased in 2000; the first transmission went out sometime within that first year.dealer replaced the transmission.the second transmission went out in same manner in 2003; the dealer replaced that transmission.the recall on the transmission was done in 2004; i took my car to dealer in response to recall; the work was done in july or august of that year.recently, was driving my car and it began to exhibit same problems i have had with the transmission each time car became inoperable.the car goes to 2 rpm and then gives a jerk; it will shift and then go to 4 rpm where it gets stuck and will have larger jerk (very unnerving).then the car will not shift at all and moves very slowly. I had a line of cars moving behind me on the last occurrence and i also had to cross some very busy streets.this model is very unsafe and i don't believe it can be repaired as this has happened for the fourth time -- even after the recall and the parts were installed to make it safe.the first occurrence was about seven to ten months after original purchase (january tomay, 2001).the second occurrence was september, 2003.now the last occurrence in july, 2006.how many times does a transmission have to be repaired, replaced, recalled before it is safe to operate.

I was driving in the right lane of an express way and exiting onto the exit ramp.my 2006 honda accord was accelerating, so i pressed the brake pedal to slow down to no avail.the engine continued to rev at an accelerated rate, so i continued to pump and pump the brake pedal, but the car was not stopping and still continued going forward.within seconds i was at the top of the ramp?where i quickly observed 3 rows of cars (on the left side) waiting at the red light.at that point, i realized that the car would not stop and i did not want to hit any of the cars waiting at the red light?so i directed the car straight ahead and beyond the 3 rows of waiting cars to avoid hitting them?and hoping i would hit a pole to stop the car. The next thing i remember i awoke, the front windshield was shattered, i had shattered glass on my body, the air bags had already deflated, and someone was yelling to open my door.this, i could not do?and i just sat there.then someone jammed the door open?and i was pulled out to a waiting ambulance.other cars were hit and there were serious injuries.honda:why did this happen?what happened to the brakes?to make them malfunction when i kept pressing the brake pedal continually?we are currently trying to find the cause.

My boyfriend and i were going to go out and we decided to take my car so he had to move the driver's seat back it' was a power operated sea, ) and it would not go back, but eventually it did.the next day when iwent to get in to thecar i tried to move theseat position closer and it went up a little but then stopped at a position where i was just able to touch the pedals, and i was unable to move it forward anymore.also, the bottom of theseat liftedup if i pushed the back of the seat.iwas unable to adjust the height of the seat , and the back of theseat was now giving me a problem withoutbeing able to pushthe seat in a straighter position after being reclined back a little.
The transmission was slipping, and did not allow me to accelerate in an intersection. Near collision by 2 cars caused an incredibly unsafe and hazardous situation.
I was driving from ossining, ny to takoma park , md , 260 miles on i95 when at 70 mph smoke started coming out of the exhaust and the engine compartment. The tachometer went up to 7000 rpms. I was using cruise control. I immediately touched the brake pedal to release the cruise control.however, i had no power from the transmission. I was fortunately able tocoast to the right side shoulder from the left most lane of the highway and call onstar. Apparently the transmission had blown, and all the transmission fluid was all over the highway and the shoulder where i eventually stopped. The transmission was replaced at no cost to me.however, i was 160 miles from home. This wasthe second new transmission that has been replaced in this vehicle- once at 77000 miles and now at 10700 miles.
Hondo odyssey, 2001 door latches. Door did not close completely for about 3 months. Then door completely stopped opening or closing even after resetting the system. Honda gave me an estimate of $995.00 for the left door and $875.00 for the right door. I know prior two years this model was produced the latch was recalled. I can not find a recall for my vehicle. I feel it has the same problem as the 1999 and 2000.

Purchased vehicle new from schroder's honda.after the purchase transaction was complete, they informed me that there were 3 recalls that need to be performed, we scheduled a date to do them at that time.when i brought the vehicle back to do the recalls they were too busy to do them and rescheduled.the second time there, they allegedly performed 2 of the 3 recalls.one of them was replacing the handlebar mounts to prevent them from coming loose.they didn't do all three because they forgot to order the parts.the next morning while riding, my handlebars came loose.i pulled the cover off to find out that they forgot to tighten 2 of the 4 bolts that held them on to the bike.i called the dealer about it and the service manager didn't even apologize or attempt to make the problem right.at that point i didn't feel comfortable with that service department performing the final recall, so i took it to another honda dealer.they cannot perform the recall though because schroder's honda reported that they already did that recall.mr honda verified on the bike that the recall hasn't been done.now i have a vehicle that's not safe and no way to make it safe.please help.

On the afternoon of 8/15/2009 in graham county nc i was stopped, detained and ticketed for violation of the safety helmet law, which the officer could not supply me with. He said my helmet was not dot approved, but, he could not provide me with a list of approved helmets. He said he could tell by looking at the inside of the helmet it was not dot approved, but, he could not prove that my helmet was unsafe. Two other bikers that were with me were ticketed also. Then, to beat all, the officer handed me back my "unlawful" helmet and i was free to go, along with my $100 fine and costs. If it was unlawful when he stopped me, it was also unlawful when i rode off, wearing his so-called "unlawful helmet". When he handed me back my "unlawful" helmet and said i could go, it seems to me he was aiding in the commission of an unlawful act. This smacks of the old time "fee grabbers". This is not about safety, this is about money, clear and simple. They know the average person can't afford to take one or more days off from work, and i my case, drive 150 miles round trip and probably be found guilty by a court biased against bikers anyway; so i'll pay the unconstitutional fine and costs. As long as my attire poses no threat of harm to others, i should be treated like an adult. I don't need nanny government to tell me how to dress for my own good. Either make the law clear and universal, or do away with it. The fact that so many states have no helmet law shows it is not a national safety issue. This is one of those laws that they only enforce when they need a little cash. Enough said.

The contact owns a 2003 acura mdx.while driving 35 mph out of the parking lot and accelerating the vehicle made a noise andhesitated.the contact drove to the side of the road, and the failure occurred on two additional occasions.the vehicle was towed to dealer.the current and failure mileage were 59000.
I am writing this letter to file an official safety complaint and request a formal corrective action against gaudy honda service department of alhambra california.this complaint involves an incident in which my automobile received improper brake service that caused a complete loss of rear brakes while driving.although, i survived this incident, gaudy honda's negligence could have caused death, serious injury, or property loss to me and people around me.on top of the negligent brake service, gaudy's service customer support department did no investigation, did nothing to correct this incident, and did nothing to guarantee that this incident would not re-occur.hence, i am writing this letter as a preventively action request for corrective action. 4-2-07 did brake service in gaudy honda.few days later, the brake light came on.however, it went away.over the next several days it was coming on and off. I called jim sellheim the service manager of gaudy honda and told him i was seeing this brake light on my car and brakes failed.he refused to acknowledge fault, told me to drive the car back to his dealership 350 miles away. I had my brakes checked and fixed at wheel works in sunnyvalle.i called jim and send him the paperwork.he offered me a bribe in exchange for a good survey from honda corporate.he did not mention anything about failure analysis or corrective action.when he found out that honda would not send me a survey he ignored my calls and voicemail completely.completely brushed me and my complaint off.5-29-07 called american honda customer service tomas at 1 800 999-1009, reference number for the complaint is n012007-05-2901092.

I was not notified about the recall of the vehicle for transmission failures.when i found out my transmission had to be replaced, i was told by honda customer line employee at 800 999 1009 that a repair was made to my vehicle without telling me it was done.the recall was april 2004.the alleged repair was in may 2004.the alleged notice mailed to me was july 2004.i smell deception by honda.they may be covering up a bigger problem with the odyssey than nhtsa is aware.i have heard that several owners of 2002 odysseys have had transmission failures that could lead to locking up of the vans and could lead to crashes.my van recently did not accelerate while entering the interstate in dayton ohio. This nearly lead to a serious accident involving my wife and two kids.i learned of this recall from consumer reports .the so called repair in 2004 failed to correct the problem.
A 1999 honda goldwing motorcycle was converted to a trike using a conversion kit manufactured by champion trikes, a division of champion motorcycle accessories international, inc from garden grove california.the kit used was manufactured in august of 2006 with a serial number of 709268.the swing arm assembly is the main connecting member that joins the two wheel rear end to the front end of the motorcycle.on august 12, 2011 two cracks were found in the swing arm steel affecting both sides of the assembly.had these cracks broken loose at highway speeds the rear end could separate from the front resulting in severe bodily injury and/or death of the rider and passenger.when a champion representative was contacted for assistance in repair he said it was out of the three year warranty and totally the owners responsibility to repair at his own expense.they had no interest in why it had cracked or desire to see the failed part.(the repair has been made and the defective part retained.)this motorcycle has not been wrecked or subjected to any force that caused the cracks to our knowledge.it is ridden by my wife.i am very concerned that there may be other champion trike conversions on the road with the same cracks that are potential accidents waiting to happen.according to champion, they have sold 17,000 of these conversions.the cracks in the part have been identified as "stress cracks" by the dealer that made the repair and also by a friend that works with steel.the cracks are located at points where the swing arm steel has been drilled for a driveshaft penetration on one side and a brake line penetration on the other.the cost for the repair of what i believe was a manufacturer's design and/or steel defect has cost us $1570.47 for the part including shipping and $1088.16 for the disassembly, removal of the defective part, and reassembly of the rear end.champion chose not to help in any way.the dealer did sell me the part at his cost to help.
The contact owns a 2003 honda cr-v.the vehicle is equipped with a 1982 honda silverwing air conditioner compressor.while driving 35 mph, the vehicle made a strange sound, the air conditioner stopped blowing cool air, and the vehicle began to decelerate.the vehicle was taken to a private mechanic and they stated that the air conditioning system was filled with freon, which caused the compressor to freeze and seize the engine.honda informed the contact that she will be responsible for only the cost of the parts, not the labor.honda also advised her not to use the air conditioner.the serial and part numbers for the compressor were unknown.the current mileage was 98,618 and failure mileage was 98,550.
The contact owns a 2007 honda crv.the air conditioner would blow hot air.the dealer stated that a pebble damaged the air condenser.the vin and engine size were unknown.the failure mileage was 9,000 and the current mileage was 10,000.
I have had a transmission failure in my honda accord.when i took it to a mechanic in parkville, missouri, he checked the transmission fluid and found it black.he flushed the transmission, put new fluid in, and changed a filter behind the glove compartment.he told me that honda from 98 to 2002 had transmission problems.he told me to drive the car for a few days and see if that didn't fix it.i could tell as i drove home that it was not fixed.the mechanic said that a new transmission would cost 1,600 to 1,800 dollars.since i have had to get a new engine in my accord or my lemon, three new batteries, and now a new transmission and it is not already paid for because i leased it and am in the process of buying it, i need all the help i can get.
My car shut off when i was in the highway doing 60 m.p.h, this car was recall in 2002 for a ignition switch that was bad. It was replaced but unfortunately i'm having the same problems. I'm very thankful that it was early in the day and not rush hour or anything could had happen.
At first my speedometer where the rpms are at would flicker up and down for a while and now my mph doesn't work. At first it started to flicker and now it will not work for a whilethen it kicks in when ever it wants to work.but my main concern is also when my speedometer doesn't work, then the mileage part
Acura and its dealer failed to comply with the corrective action required in recall02v120000 concerningthe ignition switch. Instead, they replaced a component of the switch.ignition switch failed a second time.
The srs light does not goes off during driving. The dealer told me that it will disable the airbag, and can cause serious problem to me. Just let other honda owners with the same problem. I am really concerned about the safety of the car and hope honda will do something about it.

We have had two transmissions fail on our 2002 honda odyssey. The first time, the dealer denied we had a transmission problem during the warranty period. When the warranty expired, the transmission failed.even though there was a recall, we were never informed of it by honda.after much wrangling, honda paid for the parts but we had to pay for the labor, $1,100. We believe honda installed a refurbished transmission and not a new one because 3 years and 7 months later., the second transmission failed too, stranding us in the dark with our two young children and requiring us to rent a car to get home. We had no idea that honda has had almost a decade of transmission problems and that our year is the worst year. In our opinion, honda has engaged in fraud.

Rear brakes on 2009 honda accord lx need replacing at 18,000 miles.
Not happy with the quality of the vehicle.

I was told cap loose 8 plus times this problem is on going.return to dealer for jerk transmission issuesi have to push the accelerator pedal to the floor and it takes off slow and once gets power the car jerks starts as if the gears or not switching over.dealer said do the pressure in gas cap and gascap not closed tight enough eval test was done.back at dealerafter road trip mycar was running after begin parked with a/c running and i turn car off and car would not start thought may battery check and no water was in battery i put water in battery and let car sit for about hour andcar restartedback at dealer explain this issue my battery was replace i was told factory battery wasn't strong enough was for santa fe this is 3rd battery with in five years.
I purchased an acura mdx in november of 01 and from february of 02 until august of 03' my transmission kept down shifting and i have taken my car to the dealer for repairs approx 6 times with the service department writting that my trans was assempled incorrectly.they tried to fix it again because the same issue occured until i finally gave up and returned the vehicle to the finance company.i tried aafter the 3rd time to get it filed under the lemon law and the dealer nor american honda would assist me causing me to file bankruptcy.

The transmission was slipping, and did not allow me to accelerate in an intersection. Near collision by 2 cars caused an incredibly unsafe and hazardous situation.

I called jim sellheim the service manager of gaudy honda and told him i was seeing this brake light on my car and brakes failed.he refused to acknowledge fault, told me to drive the car back to his dealership 350 miles away.

The transmission was slipping, and did not allow me to accelerate in an intersection. Near collision by 2 cars caused an incredibly unsafe and hazardous situation.
