I purchased a set of harley davidson handlebars slightly taller than original. The catalog stated that the standard length wiring, throttle cables, clutch cable and brake lines could be used. I also purchased harley davidson steel braided cables and brakelines of the original length. They were routed the same way as the originals were. After weeks, the clutch cable has been worn through both the plastic sheath and the steel braiding. This is due to the cable rubbing on the drive light bracket when the front wheel is turned to the right. I was told not to turn so hard by the dealership.

Installed kuryakyn boss blade hand control levers on my harley davidson v-rod. No apparent problems with brake lever as brake appeared to function normally and no additional resistance on front wheel. Rode a few miles, merged onto the interstate and within 4 miles, the front brake locked up causing a single bike accident with personal injuries which included extreme abrasions, a broken wrist and severe knee damage requiring reconstructive surgery and physical therapy.the entire front brake system was disassembled and inspected andthe problem was identified to be an incorrectly machined brake control lever.this caused the piston in the master cylinder to compress slightly applying pressure to the brakes and blocked the pressure relief hole which caused excessive heat buildup, brake fluid expansion and uncontrolled application of the front brake. Replacing the control lever resolved the problem. Faulty part has been saved for further investigation. Since the event, i have indetified others that have experienced similar problems.

My complaint is about being forced to wear a helmet while riding my motorcycle. They are heavy, hot, uncomfortable, and mostly useless. My neck hurts after about 30 minutes from the unwieldy weight and the bugs get in between the ear flaps and my head - sometimes with resulting bites from mad bees or wasps.
