The contact owns a 2004 genie tz50 towable lift. The contact stated that while driving 65 mph, the aluminum outrigger fell off during transport due to the disintegration of a rubber washer. The manufacturer was notified and agreed to replace the washer that was damaged,but would not supply a kit to prevent the other three from having the same safety issue.updated 07/10/12*lj
