Fastec 44610 chrome repaired under nhtsa recall #13e039 during spring of 2014.lock failed to release deadbolt resulting in the deadbolt being unable to retract via inside lever or outside key cylinder & trapping two people inside the trailer.literally a repeat of the issue the recall was designed to avoid.owner was able to disassemble the door lock and remove the deadbolt to allow the door to open.full disassembly of the lock showed the wire linkage that links the key cylinder to the deadbolt had fallen out allowing the deadbolt to remain fully extended.
