Fastec industrial:no customer support for lock recall when phoned.not able to leave a message. Mail box full.no follow up from customer support when you are able to contact them by phone.bought a new lock set because they were unable to resolve tumbler lock issue.the lock that was sent to me was wrong lock and still unable to repair old deadbolt issues.
