I bought a extang trii-fold tonneau cover for my 2013 chevy truck.the second time i used it in the folded position i was surprised to finditwas gone.all that was left was a brokern hold down clamp in my truck bed.my attempts to resolve this with extang was met with extreme hostility.i have come toaccept the fact i am out $1000.00 and extang doesn't care about my loss nor the fact that their product is defective.the cover weighs about 100 lbs. And coming off a truck going70 mph can cause a tragic accident.my communications with them indicate this isn't the fist time this has happened.i want this logged in case this cover does cause a accident.
