I recently filed a complaint about the premature failure of walmart replacement car batteries.since then i learned the oem for the batteries is exide corp.this was the sixth walmart/exide battery to fail in our household.this battery shorted out, caused the car to stall in traffic, exploded, and caused minor damage in the engine compartment.this failure almost resulted in an accident.
