First was the seats belt this was fix , after that was the trans range switch i have to pay because they refuse to pay for that and now is the air bag light is on and i call the manufacturer and they send me to the shop but the shop refuse to check the car because the warranty is expire but this car is from 2007.

The first thing is that i had to replace the head gasket two time now it is leaking again into the water reservoir then i had two replace the main control ( bcm ) and ( pcm ) by the dealership ha to replace the starter and the water pump had to re place two window motor and two window electronic switch that control each windowthere a lot more but this are the more importance ones it would be okay if i got this car used but i paid for a new car so i would not have this kind of breakdowns does gm stand behind there car or what !!!!!!!!

2000 expedition windshield was replaced in november leak caused vehicle to do crazy things like try to start when i turned the headlights on with key out of ignition and had a burning smell. This morning vehicle wouldn't start after rain. After jump starting vehicle overdrive light on gearshifter handle was blinking and vehicle wouldn't go into gear feels like you're driving with brakes on. No problems moving in reverse. Problem started out of nowhere, also lights flicker when tried to jumpstart. Connected cables wouldn't start lights went dead repositioned cables lights came on after doing this for over an hour car finally started with the above noted problems.

I purchased my brand new car on august 31,2001.i started having electrical problems 9 months after i bought it.i now have a list of problems from electrical to check engine light, fuel sensors, 2 new batteries etc.i have a long long list of repairs that nobody can seem to fix.i am told the problem has been fixed and then my check engine light comes back on and i am told there are additional problems.meanwhile, i have been stranded on the highway due to these problems, i have had to be towed out of my own driveway to due the electrical problems.i have tried numerous times to tell kia corporation that i do not feel safe driving this vehicle any longer and nobody is listening.the general manager of the dealership i bought the vehicle from even agrees and feels this car to be very unsafe and dangerous to drive.i have tried to talk to joe petazoni(spelling) who is supposed to be a kia representative that would decide what to do, he has been no help at all.i feel that kia corporation should buy back my vehicle because of all the unsafe issues i have had.i feel i bought a lemon and if i can't get anywhere with the company, i will be forced to contact the states attorney's office regarding this lemon of a vehicle!!!!!i have left messages for debbie wojciechowskii and she will not return my calls.i have told the people at 800-333-4-kia how unsafe i feel and nobody puts that information into the system.*la

1.) no events took place dashboard cluster just failed.2.) speedometer, oil gage, rpm, gas gauge everything went haywire, impossible to tell speed...3.) my understanding is the dash board cluster is bad, its 450-600 dollars to repair, there has been alot of complaints but no recall yet?this should be a recall, this issue is well documented and known about... This is a safety issue, the speedometer should work, the instruments should work.

Car will decelerate, and will not respond to depressing of the accelerator pedal. Occurs at various speeds and traffic conditions. Contacted dealership, began to describe issue, without describing the make and model, and the repair-shop was able to then tell me the make and model of my vehicle without me previously disclosing. (already had gear shift module replaced once before, and since the issue occurred 14 months later, dealership refuses to cover expense of replacement.) this is a very dangerous issue, and as stated before, occurs at various times and traffic conditions, and there are no preceding warnings or other indicators that foreshadow the occurrence. Car is now at 42,000 miles, yet it is in need of a 3rd shift module, seems highly unlikely. Dealership needs to declare a recall or when the customer has the problem, they fix it without further expense to the consumer. I bought this jeep new, and its my 4th one, however, i am extremely disappointed with their customer service, and the quality of vehicle they are producing, and will not ever purchase their vehicles again.

I bought my 2004 chrys. Pacifica 2 months ago from a carlot. I test drove it and it was driving really good. I paid for it and pulled off the lot and it started trying to stall on my everytime i pushed the gas it would do it then stop for about a min then start again. It would jerk as it was trying to stall i finally made it home and called the carlot and they said to take it to their car shop so on my way there i stopped at autozone and hooked it up to their computer to see what it was that was messing up. The computer "said" it was the crank sensor. So we took it to the shop and they changed the crank sensor and the motor light went off and it stopped doing it. They had it for a week and that next friday when i got it back i drove it to pay a couple bills and it started it again it did it about 12 times until it finally stalled and would start back up but stall right away until it would not even start again. I left it in that spot and my husband come and picked me and my 3 kids up and the next day the shop said to bring it back to them and my husband went to pick it up and take it to the shop and it started right up and drove home no problem but the check engine light was still on then drove it to the shop and it done it 2 more times. The shop had it for another week and changed the crank sensor again and found out the motor mount was broke to and fixed that. I got the car back again and had it for 2 days and it started doing it again. Took it to another shop and the shop said that it could be all the wiring harness and said it would cost me 3,000!!!!!!!! to fix i can not afford that so here i am only 2 months from buying a 10,000 dollar car that i can not drive this is terrible and something needs to be done about this happening to the same kind of cars all the time i am a mother of 3 and going to school and working i need my car.

Vehicle shuts down, engine stalls while driving, also does not start or difficulty starting, seems to lack adequate power..after several attempts, will not work properly.let vehicle sit, "cool down", able to start again, system ok..no dashboard system warnings.i was on interstate 81 south and failure happened.also, this same failure occurred at 15,000 miles.todays failure at 30,221 is the second occurrence.vehicle was towed to scranton dodge jeep service tonight.will await vehicle service from dealer.

My speedometer on my 2004 chevy cavalier has stopped working i have noticed alot if 2000 models with this issue.

Ever since my cruise control was repaired on my 1994 f150 the battery keeps losing all its power.as i don't drive the truck that much anymore i just charge the battery whenever i used my truck.my truck was repaired at all star ford in olympia washington.

I bought a jetta tdi in august 2012 in vw of schenectady ny. I really do love the car. On sept.1atapproximately1330 while traveling in the fast lane of an interstate highway the car shut off! i was unable to pull off to the left due to construction, so i coasted across 3 lanes of busy traffic and made it to the right shoulder. My car was towed to the dealership. I was given a car to drive. The following week i was told the computer stopped working and would be replaced. I found this interesting that i never heard anything from vw corporate, due to the fact i could have been seriously injured or killed. My other concern is that i know this has happened to someone else i know, 6 years ago with a passat. It doesn't seem like the company has taken steps to make sure it didn't occur again. I find it hard to believe that we are the only two people it has happened too, coincident? i hope i do not hear on the news that this has happened numerous times and at the drivers and passengers expense as did with toyota. I contact vw corporation after several attempts and did not get much of a response nor did they seem concerned. While driving vehicle reached high temperatures. Had radiator replaced and thermostat. The car still overheats. Took the car to technician who suggested to replace the engine which would cost $7,000. Through online research, my daughter discovered the cadillac deville 1999 northstar model/vehicle has numerous issues due to overheating and head gaskets.

(1) my 2002 nissan altima shutters and dies when being driven at low rpms. I.e.(heavy traffic, or stopping at a traffic light).(2) it shuts completely off when in motion.(3) i had the vehicle serviced last week, for this problem, and it's back at the shop again today for the same problem.i tried to explain that there was a related recall issue, but kevin at urban nissan in duncanville told me that according to his system, there were no recall issues for my car.

2 weeks after i bought the car, i had reported problems with engine and trans and rear-end. They knew about it, but said they did not have the knowledge to work on a seleen, which that is what i was told i was buying at the time. Come to find out it is no. Big difference in price. On or about feb 15th 2006 the engine blew, i had parked it in their parking lot. They had my car for a total of 45 days. Still no trans work or rear-end, they said to bring it back in 30 days. Adding on the linkage was damaged when they had it. I had to pay other shop to fix. Along with engine problems, engine light was on. Since june of 2006 my car has been in the shop 10 times , totaling 55 more days. Rental car cost over 2500.00 and time and mental anguish . Luzzi refused me the 2nd time engine blew because the fact i am married to david harding. He is not on any contract with me. They refuse to do any warranty work on the engine they installed 9 months ago. I paid for a warranty with them for 1800.00 and i was cancelled because of the money already paid for the car. 10 months , where's the other 2 year prorated fees? the list goes on and on.

Rplacement rack leaks, replaced under wheel works warrenty. Replacement rack leaks, resivour went dry after just 10 miles. I hope they replace it under warenty. Somebody needs to wake up and address this issue!.

I believe the right front strut ipurchased for my 2001 nissan maxima is being incorrectly manufactured by kyb america, llc (subsidiary of kayaba industry companies).proper installation of the abs line and the main brake line can not be achieved due to reasons documented in the excerpt of correspondence between myself to kyb america below.this month i have begun to notice some dangerous wearing on my brake line caused by improper manufacturing/installation. Kyb has only responded to my initial form filled out online with a generic auto responder email listing their contact information.the picture i referencebelowis available at the web address: http://www.astuteinnovations.com/strut.htmthe following is from an email i sent on april 15, 2004:"the reasons i think it may be manufactured wrong are shown on the picture, here is the main points. "i can't get the retainer clip for the brake line onto the kyb strut because of a bent lip.the bent lip in the picture is referring to the overall shape of the metal not the rounded top edge."the rear abs sensor mount is the same as the nissan strut but the front sensor mount has a mount that opens facing down.this forces the abs sensor to take a sharp turn down in order to get to the opening of the kyb mount.i think i mentioned that my abs light came on but it is now off.this is a safety concern for me even though i'm fairly sure the abs system is fine.i also had to zip tie the brake line to the kyb mount because of the retainer clip issue & this also scares me because if the zip ties fail then my break line would end up dangling loosely and might get damaged as a result (i check the zip ties every time before i drive the vehicle)."thank youchuck christiansen.

I purchase new a bri-mar 18 foot trailer on 08/21/2005 from route 202 trailers/a & j trailers. This trailer has only been used a maximum of 10 -12 times a total of maybe 600 miles over a three year period. One of the front left tires has worn out to the canvas on the tire. The reason is that the axles were welded out of alignment. I contacted bri-mar and they refused to accept any responsibility. This is is an absolute life threatening hazard and had i not caught this i could have had a fatal accident at any time since the one piece of equipment that i have carried weighs almost 8000 lbs. And if the tire blew out it would be an absolute disaster. I went to several bri-mar dealers and measured the axles. This condition exists on many of the trailers this company is manufacturing. I am certain that this condition exists on many of the units like this one and may have caused serious accident(s) in the past without the owners understanding why the accident occurred. All i wanted this company to do was repair this and they absolutes refused with their decision being made based upon the age of the trailer. There is no way to know if there is a problem like this until either someone is killed, property is damaged or the equipment shows signs of wear which is the case here.

I don't know if i am responding to the right dept. If not, please pass this along thank you;i am requesting or asking; why can't the dot make a law that all freight trailers must be equiped with at least two load locks on every trailer. They could be stored in a bracket, one on each inside wall at the tail of a trailer. As a yard switcher, i have had near misses with product falling from trailers while opening the doors. I know not all loads need a load lock, that's why the lock could be stored in a bracket.it would just be an added safety equipment on a unit. I know some drivers have them, because they purchased them; it's a safety feature. I don't know why a trailer manufacturer hasn't done this already.if all trailers had to have them, the locks wouldn't be something a driver would have to purchase and keep track of. The driver would only need to be sure the trailer was equiped with them.

Defective design of two deflectors (under the vehicle's front bumper ' one on each side of the car) apparently designed to flex when, as a result of the vehicle's low ground clearance, such deflectors contact the ground during normal operation of the vehicle (e.g., on driveway aprons, speed bumps, etc.).instead of flexing, the deflectors repeatedly fail as a result of their defective design.the deflectors are obviously designed to be flexible by fusing hard rubber to hard plastic.however, instead of flexing, the deflectors fail at the seam where the hard rubber is fused to the hard plastic.mini has replaced one set of defective deflectors, which promptly failed within weeks under normal operation of the vehicle.mini refuses to replace the defective deflectors.bmw north america, llc repeatedly refuses to respond to inquiries regarding whether the vehicle is safe to operate without the deflectors in place.such repeated refusal by bmw north america, llc implies that the vehicle is indeed not safe to operate without the deflectors in place.bmw north america, llc refuses to admit that the deflectors are defectively designed, citing 'outside influences' (without explanation as to what is meant thereby) as the cause of the repeated failure of the deflectors.the fusing of hard rubber to hard plastic on a part such as the deflectors which are to be fastened to a car with such a low ground clearance represents a design specifically meant to be flexible in response to 'outside influences,' and when such part fails at the seam of the two differing substances, the design is clearly defective.in addition, the vehicle exhibits excessive brake dust and a loud squealing noise from the front brakes under certain conditions, possibly caused by the defective design of the deflectors and potentially creating a significant safety issue.i have retained the hard rubber and hard plastic pieces of the defectively designed deflectors for inspection.

I am a truck driver.i was fired for telling my dispatcher and the safety manager that the first shift driver had dropped the trailer with my truck and the trucks fifth wheel needed to be fixed.safety and the mechanic both appeared and were very mad saying that the fifth wheel had been fixed and it was only a matter of time until it would adjust it's self and then it wouldn't drop trailers any more.a fifth wheel is just like a flat tire you can wait all day every day and it will not adjust it's self.if you happen to be beside or behind me and i drop a trailer you will be dead!and then i will be going to prison.federal law states i believe that you are not allowed to fired someone for reporting this.i need to know if there is a watchdog group or attorney in michigan that represents drivers on this issue.thank you for your attention to this matter.bonnieps the drivers that are still employed by this company keep asking when they will get safe equipment?

My car has had trouble starting four times now. Usually if i play with it for a few minutes i can get it to start. It has happened at work and at home and it took me about five to six minutes of jiggling and wiggling it to get it to start. Tonight, 5/1/08, i cleaned my car getting ready to go on a road trip to oklahoma and when i got back in my car to move it to my parking spot it would not start. I play with it and my husband played with it for three hours and it will not start. I researched it on the internet and found that several other people have the same complaint and if ford knows about all these complaints they should re-fabricate the ignition to work without falling apart.

The car radio for the 2005 nissan altima is defective. I spoke to nissan directly after the dealer couldn't fix it. I was given case # 4564607 on 6/8/04 when the car had 2,650 miles on it. They said that nissan was redesigning the radio with its engineers + would have it in a month.it's now 7/25/04 + i haven't heard anything. I still have a defective radio on a brand new car.

While traveling on the highway at approximately 65-70 mph my 2003 honda accord ex-v-6 bucked real hard.dropping from 65-70 to about 35-40.the first time this happened i pulled the vehicle into the breakdown lane.i checked all belts and fluids and re-started the vehicle.sounded like it always does when it starts.i pulled into the right travel lane and continued for about 10 miles when the vehicle did the same thing.this time i couldn't control the steering and unfortunate for me i was bearing to the left through a turn and went off the road.luckily nobody was injured.i had the vehicle towed (130 miles) to my house, as it was a holiday weekend and had no other way home.so 600 bucks later i contacted honda the following morning.brought the car around the corner and several hours later it was determined the transmission needed to be replaced. When i asked about my warranty i was told it expired.my next question was what it would cost to install a new transmission.i was put on hold for about 7-10 minutes.the service manager came back and said honda was willing to pay for the transmission and fluids if i agreed to pay for labor.at that point i needed a the vehicle on the road so i went through with it.labor was $1000.00. I have to bring the vehicle back to honda tomorrow for an inspection of the transmission and an adjustment at no cost to me.now.......isn't it odd that in a 5-10 minute period honda was willing to pay for the transmission but not the labor.yes $1000.00 is better than 3-4,000.but why should i pay anything.i think honda should pay for the tow too.

I just replaced all 3 belts on my car and when i started the car everyday the car made a real bad grinding noise as if the belts were never replaced.

First was the seats belt this was fix , after that was the trans range switch i have to pay because they refuse to pay for that and now is the air bag light is on and i call the manufacturer and they send me to the shop but the shop refuse to check the car because the warranty is expire but this car is from 2007.

I bought 1999 expedition and 12 hours later the keys were not in the vehicle 2 cables were sparking and flying by drivers side tire in 5 min the vehicle was gone and on top of that it melt my house.ford doesn't respond to me after i turn in report.ford tells me the lady on my case is the only person that talk to me and she won't return my phone calls what can i do?i am a single mother with 5 kids.i don't know if i can live with my depression.ford are killers my kids could of been in there!

Ignition interlock device installed on 1992 lexus es300 overloaded electrical system and vehicle went up in flames on freeway.

Connected cables wouldn't start lights went dead repositioned cables lights came on after doing this for over an hour car finally started with the above noted problems.

Our 2002 f-150, caught on fire underneath the hood saturday 5/10/08 evening after being parked for 45 minutes at out home. We believe it had to do with the ford recalls out on the speed control switch. It started where the brake fluid is located and burned to the master cylinder.

This is a complaint of safety equipment, specifically the lights mounted on the roof of police and other emergency vehicles. Over the last few years, because of the advances in led device technology, the blinking lights mounted on these vehicles have become more brilliant, to the point of approaching the brightness of the sun. When approaching these flashing lights, if there is an officer standing anywhere near, or in front of the lights, the glare and brilliance interferes with an approaching vehicle drivers vision. There have been times when an officer is holding a stop/proceed sign in front of his vehicle and i could not determine the status of the sign. If you are not the proper gov.'t agency to investigate this evolving problem please forward to the proper agency, as this problem will only get worse as brighter devices become available.

2000 dodge durango oil pump failure it caused the motor to quit and loss of brakes and steering ability dodge knows about this and wont do anything about this they say it is from poor maintaince please help thanks tim.

Rear end has failed on vehicle two times within 4 years.after 1 year, begin to hear a grinding sound coming from the rear end.the second incident, i heard a scrubbing sound coming from the rear end.

2003 ford taurus -started car morning of 2 18 10 heard a loud noise car sagged to the left got out of car and sawthat left front tire was completely flat there was a blow out and there was a big piece of coil spring that was broken lying next to it on the garage floor. The mileage on the car was 89,700 miles. Car was towed to dealer. Mechanic put in whole new suspension system on the left and right side front. The cost was $856.00. I would like to see a recall for the 2003 ford taurus to replace all 4 springs front and rear. I would also like to have my $856.00 refunded to me since i understand this same type of occurrence has occurred to hundreds of 2003 ford taurus owners.my vehicle identification # is [xxx] .information redacted pursuant to the freedom of information act (foia), 5 u.s.c. 552(b)(6).

My speedometer on my 2004 chevy cavalier has stopped working i have noticed alot if 2000 models with this issue.

We own a 1995 gmc diesel 4x4 truck.we had an extended warranty to 100,000 miles. Our truck was in the shop at 127,000 miles to have the 4th fuel injector pump replaced. Gmc had added a 25,000 mile extra coverage on this part above the extended warranty.i feel they recognize that they have problems with this part.i have contacted customer service--no help.i have contacted the exec offices of gmc--no help.i contacted the bbb of autos who had human resources of gmc call me--no help.i am having a hard time understanding that no one seems to think that 4 replacements on a fuel injector is excessive.am i spinning my wheels?--pardon the pun! i have data to support these claims of service.they were all done by gm dealers and gmc has a record of repairs.reference # 1-74841039.i felt that gm should replace the part for free-- even if i have to pay labor.is there a way to find out the history of this part and if it has had as much trouble for other owners of diesel fuel injectors. *nlm

2010 chevy malibu passenger door will not open.the door lock is in the unlock position but the door will not open.i have unlocked the passenger door from the door unlock button, the key remote and the physical key. The lock itself goes up and down when the door lock/unlock button is pressed and key remote button is pressed, but when the door handle is pulled from the inside or the outside the door will not open.

I paid nearly $26000 for this car and feel i have been scamed by audi, major automotive who sold me the car and the gm protection plan who provides the extended warranty, - the sales person advised it was bumper to bumper coverage- i now find out that i have to pay for my new engine?? i feel all parties should be held responsible and want to know if anyones is filing a class action law or doing anything about this, where is the protection for the consumer, please help me, i am not rich, i spent all my savings for this car, i am currently paying insurance and also car payments on this car, i cant afford a new engine, even if i could is the same problem going to arise again.

I have had very few problems with my truck, in fact i am very happy with it.the only problems i have had was the seat lever breaking (fixed now with vice-grips), and the cruise control.the resume speed "r/a"button on the wand was pressed to return to the speed of 55 mph, upon doing so, vehicle revved past the red-line mark and accelerated uncontrollably, result was my getting arrested and going to court over it.took to repair shop and they said that it was a problem in the wand, which figures because my girlfriend at the time had hit the wand and messed broke it and i fixed it with one i got off a totaled sonoma.truck is a great truck and i find most of the problems people have with these trucks is they don't take care of them, every problem that i hadseen posted about them was the idiot driver's fault for poor maintenance.i maintain my truck properly (as the book says to and a little better) and i've had no problems, then again i do dog my truck out, mud-bog, rock-climb in it, and race it at the track...and no problems.truck has 110,589 miles on it and its as good as new, minus the seat levers and cruise control.

I have replaced two window motors and have another one to replace as it is out now i was wondering if there were any complaints or campaigns on window motorsalso i want to complain about front suspension either the ball joints upper or lower are weak or out but i have wear problems on my new tires and it should not be that way only being a 1998 are there any campaigns on this .

Ever since my cruise control was repaired on my 1994 f150 the battery keeps losing all its power.as i don't drive the truck that much anymore i just charge the battery whenever i used my truck.my truck was repaired at all star ford in olympia washington.

Our 2002 f-150, caught on fire underneath the hood saturday 5/10/08 evening after being parked for 45 minutes at out home. We believe it had to do with the ford recalls out on the speed control switch. It started where the brake fluid is located and burned to the master cylinder.

2002 jeep grand cherokee heater blend door failureno defroster heat complete system failure of blend doorsbrokenhad to repair myself because of extremely high cost for dealer repairs.this is a failure that will happen do to poor design of plastic partsand will happen to all vehicles of this year and type because of failure of plastic limit pin breakage poor design because.
