1solid state relays not military grade for ul approvalcan trigger with rf frequencies>> causing charger to turn on by itselflive 220 volt cord 2 software defective not upgraded / no easy customer uselocks up3 not one unit has been built that passed the ul test labsapproval4 vfd vacuum fluorescent display >> sets off cpu programif sot using shielded wiring / vfd components( components only covered )5 we have in the field over 100 units all over the country with no ul, no upgraded software , no gfci circuit hooked up and or intermittent 6 some units go live when 1st plugged in >> no rfid necessary customer does not know they have a live 220v in the hand 7 san antonio texas city 6 stations with no gfci hooked up period8 puerto rico federal bldg.38 units no gfci circuit / test reset hooked up / same solid state relaysincorrect 9 all units need to be replaced period10all units installed past 15 mo.....updated 06/18/12 updated 08-30-12updated 09/05/2012
My 2005 ford escape was missing bad. Ford replaced cap and plug, then called me to say that was not the problem it was "lack of maintenance" and wants me to pay 400.00 to fix it. First of all, my husband used to work for ford dealership and he takes care of all maintenance for me. What good is a manufacturer warranty then? also it will be a week or more before i receive my vehicle back. All i have to say is" this is ridiculous" they will not give me a loaner car while mine is being fixed and my vehicle wasn't that bad until the dealership received it. I feel they messed up my car and i should not have to pay for it when i have a manufacturer warranty.

Both the hazard and turning signal light started acting funny and then stop working at the same time changed the hazard switch it staring working again and changed the turning signal lever the turning signal still does not work.*cw

Lowbeam light was a recall took to honda dealer ship in 2007 to fix they didn't fix but they saying they fixed it i asked them i need a copy to see they said they don't have it my lights are off don't work and its a recall not taken care yet please help us out,[xxx]information redacted pursuant to the freedom of information act (foia), 5 u.s.c. 552(b)(6).
The exterior back brake lights fell off my cadillac cts 2003 model. I have noticed a majority of the 2003 cts models have the same problem. It's a shame cadillac would not be responsible, the vehicle cost me over 30,000.00 after its paid for, they have no concern for the condition of my vehicle. It really makes cadillac look awful to have that many vehicles in the same condition. I will notpurchase any more cadillacs.
