There was a yellow substance coming from the cooling tube, which caused it to drip on the burner. The contact stated that after the substance was cleaned of the burner would work. However , once the substance started to leak again it would stop working. The vehicle was taken to a mechanic to have it inspected. The mechanic informed the contact there was a crack in the boiler tube, which was the cause of the leak. The mechanic replaced the refrigerator with model # ndr1292 serial # 34100100. Approximately three years later she experienced the same problem with this refrigerator. The mechanic advised the contact this refrigerator also has a crack in the boiler tube.
