Our dometic rm2862 camper refrigerator stopped cooling.we went to the dometic web site with the hope that we could find a reason for this and how to fix it.it brought up a recall and our frig was one on there list.called our dealer, they will do nothing so then called dometic and they won't do anything about it, even though it is a serious safety risk.we already lost the whole frig full of food and now they say they won't fix it, even though they told us to turn it off immediately, and because there was leakage on the inside of the frig we are told it needs to be replaced.if they would have contacted us about the recall, back in april of 2008, we could have had it fixed before it totallybroke.we feel they should have to replace our refrigerator at their expense beings they were negligent about notifying people of the recall.
