My family smelled ammonia coming from our camper during a camping trip last summer.after we got home and called the rv shop, it was determined that our dometic rv refrigerator was leaking.they told us to turn off the gas valve on the refrigerator and not use the camper until it's fixed.after we took our camper in to the rv repair shop, they told us we would need to replace the entire refrigerator, so we did.however, our model-rm2551 (serial #921-14-20-16)-is not listed on the rv dometic refrigerator recall letter we recently got in the mail.we feel that it should have been included because it obviously developed a fatigue crack in the boiler tube and leaked ammonia and put my family in danger.we feel that dometic should reimburse us for the cost of the new rv refrigerator we were forced to purchase.thank you. Recieved a recall notice nhtsa recall #07v423000 whent to look tosee if our equipment was part of the recall and it isn't. But it has the exact problem describede in the notice. Dometic fridge rm 7732ser. 6460011.
