The contact owns a dexter axle arc wheel hub (n/a). The wheels were installed on a utility trailer which was being pulled by another vehicle. While driving approximately 2 mph, the contact felt a hard bump. The vehicle was parked and upon examination, he noticed the axle on the front driver's side wheel on the utility trailer axle dropped and was resting on the tire. He also noticed that center section of the wheel which bolts to the hub had broken away which caused the axle to drop because the wheel was no longer supporting it. The equipment was not taken to beexamined for the cause of failure and was not repaired.
