The hot terminal is out of the battery,allowing liquid to runout of the battery all over the carport. Manufacturer has been notified about this problem.the problem has not been corrected.
Positive post developed a leak. The acid eat a hole in the battery tray and the frame of the vehicle. This would be a danger to anyone working on the vehicle. Owner had to pay to have the battery replaced.the dealership and gm is well aware of this problem. Orignal equipement in a 97, buick, lesabre.
