The front or the driver side front headlamp cover flew off while driving on the freeway.i had to purchase a replacement headlamp assembly and have it installed. The one on the passenger side i noticed is so loose it can be lifted forward and may as well fly off. Is the assembly not assembled well? why is this happening? i've never had this to happen to any automobile i've owned. The mechanics i spoke with seems to think it quite odd.i did retain the old part.
Kia of elmhurst has a serious problem with recall repairs i've been without dashboard lights for almost 8 months tires been replaced 4 times was no good when vehicle was sold to me asked about the recall on the cooper tires got no response from service department where is the protection for the consumer that spends their hard earned money to purchase a vehicle and spend more time in the service department than enjoying the vehicle they purchased their should be some type of standards they are required to meet maybe i have to go to an outside organization like the i i teamto get some type of relief from the stress and aggravation.
