Grand prix rear ended a semi trailer. It appeared to have a driver's side airbag. No airbags deployed in the vehicle. There was significant intrusion into the passenger compartment. I seemed the injuries could have been less had an air bag deployed. Unsure of factors leading to non deployment. Requesting investigation of the airbags as to failure of some mechanical nature or if there was some form of fraud or other alteration to the airbags. Patient was transported after being sedated . Unsure of current condition of patient. Passenger was transported to froedert memorial lutheran hospital via flight for life for level 1 trauma care.

1. When i turn on the air condition the car will cut off, this problem was suppose to have been fix.2. Car is cutting off in traffic for no reason.3. Window whipers comes on when it wants to and they will not cut off with the switch i have to cut the car off and start it again in order for the whipers to stop.

I own a 2000 audi s4. My trip odometer keeps resetting on its own, when your going down the road.also my car sounds like it is taking off when started the first time during the day. I was told it will warm up and go away.but it sounds like the exhaust is falling off or something. I think there is a problem with the computer since it has been.and the passenger seat air bag does not always come on. Reset several times, but keeps doing the same thing with the trip odometer.

The 2003 chevy silverado has a documented defect on their speedometers and gauges and refuse to correct this if you do not meet a 7yr/70,000 warranty period.the issue has been reported in as few as 28,000 miles to over 150,000 miles.this is an unsafe defect reported by chevrolet that the do not recognize as necessary to cover for everyone.

My 2001 pontiac grand am will not start...again. I know the problem is with the security passlock system, but the mechanic at the dealership acts like he has no idea what im talking about. I called gm customer service and they told me they couldn't help me unless a part they replaced was defective. I was in my way to have a diagnostic test ran today and the car wouldn't start. Now i have to get it towed, again. They still will not listen to me. I have read online forums, the nost helpful of which came from edmunds.com. I will keep trying with the dealer. This is the 5th time the car won't start. I've had a new battery and a new ignition switch put in. I know it is related to the security system because the security light is on...duh. It comes on every time i have this problem. I have turned the key to the on position for 10 minutes to reset the computer. That worked once and doesn't work anymore. I have put way too much money into this car and cannot afford to put any more into it over a problem that gm knows exists and will not fix. Maybe they believe if they ignore it, it will go away.

I can't tell you the exact date of incident. It was about 2 yrs. Ago. The head lights would not stay on. They would go off and on when driving at night. It was only the dim lights. We got a switch and had mechanic put it in. Plus a relay. It didn't do any good. I took it to the chevy garage recently. They told me it is the wiring harness. They said a lot of people are having this problem with these cars. It will be expensive to fix. I was wondering if you are aware of this at all. The consequences are driving at night with no lights. This car has a problem when you are on an incline waiting to proceed.the vehicle starts to rollbackwards.twice i had this happen to me.the firs time i had my son along with me. I was waiting on an steep incline for traffice to move.when the traffic started to move, i took my foot off the brakes the car started to rollbackward.ihad to push hard on the accelarator.then the wheels started to spin out of control and jerk.finally it moved forward.the incident happen again when i was on a steep incline.as soon as i removed my foot from the barkes to put it on she accelerator, the car began to move backward and i had to do the same as preivously.the wheels started to spin out of control, the vehicle began to jerk back and forward, thus thrussing my body forward and backward.finally it decided tomove forward.luckily, i did not hit the vechicle in ack of me.so to test whether or not it was the vehicle, i went around again to that same spot, making sure there were no other cars behind me.loand behold it did the same thing.i took the car to the buick dealer in leesburg and told them the eproblem i had.they did the maintenance and stated that they could not dupicate the problem that i was having.after taliking to the salesman he seems to think that it is the computer inside the car for idling needs to be adjusted.well, i am writing our to look into this more.the salesman aos stated that other people have had the same problem but not one ever reported it.here is where i come in.i am reporting this incident before someone gets seriously injured.

I own a 95 cadillac that had less than 3000 miles on it when i got it in 95. In 2000 the fuel pump shorted out in the fuel tank burning up the fuel pump and the wiring harness going to it. I had the car repaired at stutzman cadillac in winchester va. In november 2005 the same thing happened again. I called cadillac main office and talked to told them about what had happened. The only reply i got from them was they were sorry that i was having problems with the car. The first time this happened the car had 43000 miles on it . It now has 81000. It seems to me that there ought to be a fuse or something to keep this from happening.

I had no problems until 10 29 2004 i started my car this morning. The lifters were ticking like crazy. I shut the car off immiately.there was antifreeze in the oil. I clled soras car care and they towed it in.they had to replace the upper plentum and all the gaskets they said it was the antifreeze gm uses the long life kind my bill was 889.51the garage said they change these parts all the time. They also stated that the extended life anti-freezeeats upthe plastic parts and gaskets the anti freeze had been changed twice, before this happened.

I have a 2000 buick park ave....while driving down the road 70mph the car quits no warning. It might start right back up or it might take up to 1 1/2 hrs to start again. Since purchase of vehicle continual costs to keep vehicle running has almost exceed the value of the vehicle. Repair costs from $3,200.00-$3,900.00 and continue to increase. Any future repairs will now exceed the purchase value of the vehicle. Due to the incapacity of the truck my lost wages have exceeded or will exceed $10,000.00. One of my main reasons for agreeing to take out a auto loan was to help achieve a favorable credit rating to obtain a mortgage loan in the near future which is no longer an option. There is currently a investigation and class action suite pending by the vermont state attorney's generals office against william dydo jr. (dydo auto sales. My truck has been driving average, with prior issues of the truck sounding like it is struggling to accelerate.this weekend, it began sounding like it is struggling to accelerate.because of this, i had to drive below the speed limit for over 50 miles for fear of my truck blowing up.after taking my truck to the dealership, the problem is the fan clutch.after going online, i observed that there are thousands of people who have had the same issue with trailblazers from 2002-2007.but to no avail, i cannot find any recalls from chevrolet about their many faulty parts.i am supposed to pay $900 to repair something that should be recalled from chevy?where is the justice?i am a family member of 3 generations of gm employees, and i am truly disappointed in chevrolet.

Rear differential of my 2004 cadillac ctsv is too weak. It clunks, and produces excessive wheel-hop thus not allowing the power to transfer. The whole rear end of the car from the bushings to the rear cradle to the half shafts are too weak for the car. Over 1000's of cts-v's of the under approx. 4,000 produced from 2004-2005 have had major issues. Service centers claim everything is normal. My car is continually in the shop. Gm refuses to pay for these item and i have a 6yr 100k warranty. Service centers are not equipped to deal with this car, and gm failed to engineer it properly. In addition all of my interior parts rattle when i step on it, and some continue to rattle during daily driving. The paint quality of the exterior is the worst i have to see yet. There are weird blotches all over the place and are obviously due to poor paint application at the factory. I have owned the car for 3 months and so far have had to replace the radiator, the whole nav unit,the rear differential. And already, the nav unit is beginning to show the same indications of why it got replaced in the first place, and the rear differential is starting to make noises again. Also, the dual mass flywheel produces lots of noise. I have had it up to here with this vehicle.

Have had the followin. Engine knock gm claims can not be fixed, have now many times hard start or complete shut down of engine when driving, hed to steer to pull over. Truck need to cool down then restarted. Also since upgraded drive shaft and upladed new info to computer for more tourque have stepped on gas but afew secod delay b/r engaged. My transmission failed on my mini-cooper once when it was in warranty and i had to pay to have it fixed, once again, and it was just out of warranty and i paid 3000$ to have it fixed and once again when the 2nd transmission was in warranty and minicooper fixed it.this car was a lemon and mini never accepted responsibility for the defective transmission problems.

Received 02v286000) for defective steering.i couldnot safely drive car.pontiac toldme if the part they replacedwasalso defective theywere not obligated to fix it past 3 months or 3,000 miles.that did notseem right.if they replaced the original defective part with another defective part shouldn't they have to fix it?

On 11/19/2004 29,021 miles. Noise in engine area. Saturn replaced transmission fluid.was told if it happened again would have to replace transmission. 9/12/2005 61,695 miles. Car wouldn't go when put into gear.all gears were tried.contacted saturn was told to get it towed in and they would inspect it. Brought to attention that the letter i received about the vti transmission having problems and again was told it was my responsibility to have car towed in.also had to rent my own car.was reimbursed but only for a small portion on the rental car cost and nothing for the tow.finally got my car back on 9/21/2005.5/31/2006 89,412 miles.again car would not go into gear.took it to a transmission specialist as i will not go back to saturn.another transmission was put in another vti as no other transmission can be put in this car.this one at my expense.9/26/2006 105,000.car lost power on a canyon road had to pull over and be towed.was told transmission overheated and was now running fine.2/8/2007117,000 miles.here we go again the transmission needs to be replaced again.when will a recall be issued.how many people need to complain about this unsafe and shoddy transmission.please help.i cannot afford another transmission.

Lose steering, bobbing steering with rumbling noise- diagnosis need new rack and pinion, having 3rd one put in now. Will lock up in a turn, will become very hard to turn left, sounds like out of steering fluid but not. I think possible part has changed or something not right with car or part. Something needs to be done about this. Car had 60,000 when it first began and very well maintained.

During the second half of 2004 i called customer service about a montana 2000 mini van fuel system problem.my van had been in the repair shop many times during the warranty period with problems related to the fuel systemwiring.harness to the fuel pump twice. Then had to have the fuel pump replaced under warranty.all of the problem started the same way -stall while driving down the road and would not restart.(note: a stall on the road is very dangerous due to the power steering and power brakes).after the warranty ran out, yet another fuel pump went out in the same manner, except this time, i was charged over 800 dollars plus a towing bill.when i complained that this was an on-going problem that had occurred under warranty and many calls to your customer service center, i was told that gm wouldnot reimburse the full amount and towing would not be reimbursed.i told the rep at that time that was not good enough but did not win the battle.today i read that gm wasrecalling 330,000 2000-2001 suburban and yukons for stalling and not starting,and is recalling them to replace the fuel pumpwires. I checked the fuel system up on the 2000 montana and the 2000 cheverolet suburban, and they have the samefuel pump system.so today, i called customer service and asked for the rest of the repair amount and towing expenses,andwas told that my vehicle was not under the recall.now, if the suburban with the same pump and fuel system is recalled why not the montana?how long is gm going to continue to look the other way on this fuel pump fuel system problem?gm should have paid this bill in full to start with,my family could have been killed when the van stalled as it is very difficult to control in this situation.is there any help that the nhtsa could provide?

Bad helmets being sold today.

The passenger automatic door on the drivers side opens without warning while driving, it has shut on my daughter, and it is misaligned. It is unpredicatable as to when this will happen. I have had it in for service 11 times just for the door. My stability and traction system has been in 3 times, and my whole steering component has been replaced. I am concerned about the door the most as i have two children.

Wipers have failed 4 times the first time i never even left the dealership the day i bought it and they were broke. Took van to dealer and was told this isn't a recall problem but it should be they stick in the up position when off and work erratically. Called gm customer service and was told since van is a 2001 it is out of coverage. $474 to repair. This is ridiculous.

Front door hinges on 2000 s-10 blazer have rotted.driver hinge in 2002, now passenger hinge (both front doors) in january of 05.door hinges both needed replacement which seems extremely odd on fairly new vehicle.research on the internet shows that many people have the same problem and probably just don't know where to report it simulataneously.it's failure results in the inability to close the doors, which, depending on when they break (i.e. When closing door, hitting a bump in road - which could cause closed door to unlatch from post, flinging door open while driving).i really strongly suggest this be looked at.it appears that the wheel wells allow road spray and moisture to be thrown directly into the door panel well where the hinge is located and is causing the rot.looks like a major manufacturing defect to not seal the door hinge area from the wheel spray and debris throw-back zone.

I purchased a gm certified 2000 pontiac bonneville in may 2002.since that time i have had to replace 3 window regulators in the vehicle, one for the drivers door and one each for the back doors.this seems to be quite excessive for a vehicle that is only 5 years old & has less than 80k miles on it.further, i have a small child so i can count on one hand the number of times that i have lowered the rear windows.i am confident that this is not a wear-and-tear issue, since i have replaced both regulators with gm parts and as i stated seldom roll the windows down.i have noted an approximate date for the first incident below.the most recent replacement was in august 2005.

In november 2004 my "service engine soon" light came on along with the "trac off" light.after flipping through my cars manual i decided to have it serviced with the dealer i originally bought it from.at only 60,000 miles they determined all of my fuel injectors went bad.i had to replace these and with labor charges it cost me nearly $1,000.approximately 11 months later, the same lights started to come on again.i immediately drove the car to dealer where they proceeded to explain that my fuel injectors went bad a second time.they first replacements were under warranty, i was required to pay labor.unfortunately this past week the lights for the fuel injectors came on again, and is currently getting diagnosed.this will be my third set of fuel injectors in 36 months.the only thing the dealer will do is replace the fuel injectors, but unfortunately they can't promise this won't happen again.i feel that the fuel injectors that were initially replaced, and the replacements after them have been faulty.

Windshield wiper fluid pump!i live in las vegas, so you would not think that the pump motor would go out after about a dozen times of use but it did!!called up the dealership said to bring it in.after upon getting the item looked at told me that heavy use of the item leads to pump mal-function.i then told them we live in the desert! no rain or snow, how could i heavily use this item.so they replaced the pump at a whopping 250.00 dollars.six months later... You guessed it pump out again.they then give me the same lines from above.they then want me to replace the motor again!i told them that maybe they gave me a faulty product or that it was remanufactured.they told me no that it is a brand new part never used.so i cant just have no fluid on a long road trip during the winter months so i paid for it again!this should go under a recall!! there is something seriously wrong with this part!!!!!!!

There was a recall on the hazard light switch #nhtsa recall campaign number: 03v327000 component: exterior lighting:hazard flashing warning lights:switchdetails: certain passenger vehicles have hazard warning switches that may experience solder joint cracking caused by rapid temperature transitions and the soldering process. If solder joint cracking occurs and results in an open circuit, the turn signals/hazard lamps become intermittent or inoperative. Consequence: when the turn signals are inoperative, the driver cannot use them to signal intent to turn that could result in a crash.corrective action: dealers will replace the hazard warning switch. The a/c- heater speed control selection 1 and 2 stopped working in 2002 shortly after i purchased my vehicle. On april 10,2006, the selections 3 and 4 are also not working. The fuel line in this car is exposed at the bottom of the car, and twice now (on 11/3/05 and earlier in 12/2003) the fuel line has ripped and gasoline has spilled onto the ground when trying to start the car. The gasoline spill obviously creates a safety hazard.

On star system becomes ussless on jan 01, 2008, no fixes or upgrades was told i need to buy a new gm auto with the newer on star, feel ripped off.

In april 2007,the '04 trailblazer's transmission failed.at the time the vehicle had less than 50,000 miles.i drive the car very well - mostly highway miles as i commute for work - and the vehicle had never been used to tow.the transmission was repaired at a chevrolet dealer, and less than 2 months later, the transmission failed again.i am very unsatisfied with the quality of this vehicle.

I have owned this 01 alero for 7 months now and have had problems since day one.i first had to replaced the front brakes, calipers & pads & rotors. Then my abs speed sensor went so i had to replace that too.now whenever i hit the brakes they grind and sometimes fail to work.for a 01 this car has given me way too many problems.sometimes i am scared to drive it in bumper to bumper traffic with the fear of the brakes not working!

My 1999 durango went through a whole front end at 50,000 miles and at 100,000 miles the same simtoms are present, why did'nt the 1999 year modle get recalled?y friend has a 1999 and just hit 60,000 miles and had to rebuild the front end, the shop said there was 3/4 inch play in the ball joint.

My 2002 grand am has the service vehiclecheck light is on,the trac off light is on and the abs light is on.i took it to bobby layman in lancaster,ohio and got it put on the machine and it came up as the hub assembile is bad and the abs sensor is bad,come to find out days later it was a common problem with the grand am from the dealership.when your driving you can hear the front end make a funny noise then the lights all pop on.if you are appling the brakes during the noise in the front end,u barely have any brakes .

The vehicle will not start electrical problem, dealer has cleared codes several times the vehicle will work fine then it will just nt start til the codes are cleared again ??.

I recently bought a used pontiac g6 (2006) shortly after driving the car for less than six months the steering wheel began to shake when i would brake at high speeds. I took my car in and they said that the rotors needed to be re-machined and that they were under warranty. Now, 10,000 miles later the wheel is shaking again and i am in fear of the same problem. Not to mention the wheel has been making clicking/bumping noise when it is turned and a creaking tension noise. I don't know what is wrong with the rotors but i cannot afford to have them re-machined/turned every 10,000 miles because it is not under warranty. I also feel the car is not safe if there are problems with the steering column in a 2 year old car.

The contact owns a 2006 damon challenger. The contact noticed a warning light blinking on the instrument panel indicating one of the four jacks had released from the vehicle. The contact inspected the vehicle and confirmed that none of the jacks were released. When the contact attempted to push the jack down it would not release. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who stated the hydraulic hose that was attached to the jack had fractured and was leaking transmission hydraulic fluid. The failure also caused the wires on the hose to melt and would need to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The vin was not available. The approximate failure mileage was 5,200.

The a/c- heater speed control selection 1 and 2 stopped working in 2002 shortly after i purchased my vehicle. On april 10,2006, the selections 3 and 4 are also not working. This is now the 9th probolem i've had with my vehicle. To include both power window brackets breaking, my hazard flasher, transmission, steering, and a/c. I've unknowingly had jackson auto group of hawaii do repairs without so much as a word about the recalls. What proactive steps have been taken to notify the dealers about the recalls and defects?

This car has a problem when you are on an incline waiting to proceed.the vehicle starts to rollbackwards.twice i had this happen to me.the firs time i had my son along with me. I was waiting on an steep incline for traffice to move.when the traffic started to move, i took my foot off the brakes the car started to rollbackward.ihad to push hard on the accelarator.then the wheels started to spin out of control and jerk.finally it moved forward.the incident happen again when i was on a steep incline.as soon as i removed my foot from the barkes to put it on she accelerator, the car began to move backward and i had to do the same as preivously.the wheels started to spin out of control, the vehicle began to jerk back and forward, thus thrussing my body forward and backward.finally it decided tomove forward.luckily, i did not hit the vechicle in ack of me.so to test whether or not it was the vehicle, i went around again to that same spot, making sure there were no other cars behind me.loand behold it did the same thing.i took the car to the buick dealer in leesburg and told them the eproblem i had.they did the maintenance and stated that they could not dupicate the problem that i was having.after taliking to the salesman he seems to think that it is the computer inside the car for idling needs to be adjusted.well, i am writing our to look into this more.the salesman aos stated that other people have had the same problem but not one ever reported it.here is where i come in.i am reporting this incident before someone gets seriously injured.

I would like to make a complaint in reference to my 2003 dodge ram 15 quad cab that caused injury to myself by jumping out of gear. Brief description of incident that happened on the date ofnov28 wile in a convenient store parking lot i have two of my vehicles that were running at the time and the gear selector was in park position. I hopped out of my truck to go in store but to my surprise i felt a sharp pain in the lower right leg when ilooked at what was going on to my surprise i was hit by my own vehicle i was stunned my truck which was in park hit me and there was noone else in my truck lucky for me that store had a big concrete curb to stop the truck or i might not be the one writing to you so i hurried in to my truck to see to my surprise the truck shift indicator was in park. So my compliant is that my truck is nowa fearful thingto drive my wife wont even drive in the truck whichonly has 18000 miles on it i bought it in june of,2007 with 4800 miles i tried to get dodge to handle this issue but i never got a response so i feel its my duty as humanbeing to inform everyone of the issue that dodge wants to keep ignoring this safety concern. Had trouble starting car. Replaced battery, alternator and belt. Same thing happened; car would turn over, but not fire. Automobile repaired, replaced battery; next day, car would not start again. Would start with a jump, but when i stop, it dies. 3 occurences; same problem. I've used aaa 3 times for same item. I only have 1 more service call left!!! also, interior lights don't work all the time. Brake noise on right side.

My trip odometer keeps resetting on its own, when your going down the road.also my car sounds like it is taking off when started the first time during the day. I was told it will warm up and go away.but it sounds like the exhaust is falling off or something. I think there is a problem with the computer since it has been.and the passenger seat air bag does not always come on. Reset several times, but keeps doing the same thing with the trip odometer.

My saab has had a litany of problems since i have owned the car.it all started with little items.ignition wouldn't start the car.head lights burnt out.dash peeling, door handles discoloring, emergency brake getting stuck and being able to operate my car.engine warning light because my gas cap wasn't on correct.steering wheel locking while i was driving.wheel lock light remaining on while i was driving.brakes replaced due to factory retro fit.seat belts being recalled.computer constantly needing to be replaced so the car would function.electronic key failing so i couldn't start my car.my car is a 5 speed and the shifter handle has an continues to come off in my hand.a minimum of 3 fuses needing to be replaced.the dash board goes blank at times showing no functions of the car.window wouldn't go up or down and required the regulator to be replaced.erractic idle.service engine light comes on but, dealer doesn't know why.brakes needed to be replaced at 30,000 miles and rotors too.

2001 chevrolet impala ls 3.8l:body control module failure at 60,000 miles and again at 90,000 miles.car will not start; vehicle and driver stranded.

I have had to replace three window regulators on my 2001 oldsmobile aurora.all have gone out besides the driver window.the two rear windows actually dropped down into the track while the vehicle was in motion.now both the front passenger and rear driver side windows are stuck in the up position, as if the window motors are out.i have had to replace numerous same parts on multiple occasions with this vehicle.transmission input speed sensor (twice), left bank air valve (twice), right bank air valve (once), there is water that gets into the spare tire well in the trunk (was remedied once but has since came back ).this vehicle has been in no major accidents.the bumper did have to get repainted as another car was pushed into mine, but aside from that nothing else.the intermediate shaft is always having to be lubed due to a manufacturer defect (costing the consumer $125 every 30,000 miles or so).you wonder why people are not buying american cars.my next one will likely be a honda just because gm does not stand by their product.too many problems that are similar when you talk to other owners, but gm does nothing even when they know other owners are having the same problems.with the 2001 aurora, gm should be recalling the issues with the windows because no owner should have to constantly change out window regulators and motors, nor is it safe.

I own a 2000 audi s4. My instrument cluster has an lcd display that displays information like outside temperature, possibility of icy conditions when the temperature is low enough to warrant these conditions, average mpg and other information of this nature. This screen also give safety warnings like bad headlight, taillight, license plate light, worn break pads, low washer fluid, low engine oil as well as others.this screen, as described in the owners manual, does indeed provide critical safety information about the automobile.

I can't tell you the exact date of incident. It was about 2 yrs. Ago. The head lights would not stay on. They would go off and on when driving at night. It was only the dim lights. We got a switch and had mechanic put it in. Plus a relay. It didn't do any good. I took it to the chevy garage recently. They told me it is the wiring harness. They said a lot of people are having this problem with these cars. It will be expensive to fix. I was wondering if you are aware of this at all. The consequences are driving at night with no lights. Cipa 49900 wireless turn signal .this product is defective because when wired according to the instructions it fails to provide a turn signal as advertised. This is a design defect because two purchased examples from different both exhibited the same failure.

The 2003 chevy silverado has a documented defect on their speedometers and gauges and refuse to correct this if you do not meet a 7yr/70,000 warranty period.the issue has been reported in as few as 28,000 miles to over 150,000 miles.this is an unsafe defect reported by chevrolet that the do not recognize as necessary to cover for everyone.

Continuous problems with pontiac 2002 grand am passlock system.i have had it replaced 2 in less than a year and the car is still doing the same thing.sometimes it will start, sometimes it won't.i am very fed up with this ongoing problem.

My 2001 pontiac grand am will not start...again. I know the problem is with the security passlock system, but the mechanic at the dealership acts like he has no idea what im talking about. I called gm customer service and they told me they couldn't help me unless a part they replaced was defective. I was in my way to have a diagnostic test ran today and the car wouldn't start. Now i have to get it towed, again. They still will not listen to me. I have read online forums, the nost helpful of which came from edmunds.com. I will keep trying with the dealer. This is the 5th time the car won't start. I've had a new battery and a new ignition switch put in. I know it is related to the security system because the security light is on...duh. It comes on every time i have this problem. I have turned the key to the on position for 10 minutes to reset the computer. That worked once and doesn't work anymore. I have put way too much money into this car and cannot afford to put any more into it over a problem that gm knows exists and will not fix. Maybe they believe if they ignore it, it will go away.

Rear differential of my 2004 cadillac ctsv is too weak. It clunks, and produces excessive wheel-hop thus not allowing the power to transfer. The whole rear end of the car from the bushings to the rear cradle to the half shafts are too weak for the car. Over 1000's of cts-v's of the under approx. 4,000 produced from 2004-2005 have had major issues. Service centers claim everything is normal. My car is continually in the shop. Gm refuses to pay for these item and i have a 6yr 100k warranty. Service centers are not equipped to deal with this car, and gm failed to engineer it properly. In addition all of my interior parts rattle when i step on it, and some continue to rattle during daily driving. The paint quality of the exterior is the worst i have to see yet. There are weird blotches all over the place and are obviously due to poor paint application at the factory. I have owned the car for 3 months and so far have had to replace the radiator, the whole nav unit,the rear differential. And already, the nav unit is beginning to show the same indications of why it got replaced in the first place, and the rear differential is starting to make noises again. Also, the dual mass flywheel produces lots of noise. I have had it up to here with this vehicle.

Wheel bearings keep failing, resulting in me having to get new or resurfaced rotors, pads, calipers, bearings obviously, etc. This is the fourth time in a year and a half! i can't afford to drive an unsafe vehicle, but i can't afford to keep shelling out $500-600 every six months for the same problem, either. After doing some research on the internet, and talking to a few mechanics, i'm apparently not the only one with this problem.also, my power steering hose has a habit of blowing off the line for no reason, resulting in me having to re-attachit. The clutch recently went out in my 2008 shelby gt500.i was trying to accelerate on the highway and the engine immediately accelerated to 3500rpm with very little pedal, but the car actually slowed down for about 2 seconds before the clutch caught and the car started to increase speed.then it just revved up again on its own and the car slowed down again.i tried to change gears and it did the same thing in 4th, 5th, and 6th.it became very hard to maintain a safe speed on the highway because the car would not respond properly.it was also very difficult to get off the highway, because the flow of traffic was going much faster than i could keep up with or match.it also would severely lag when going up any overpass at any speed.i brought it to a ford repair shop and they told me it was just normal wear on the clutch and it needed to be replaced.the car only has 7100 miles and has never been used for anything other than daily driving.i checked online for others having similar problems and not only found many similar problems, but also found a report statement from ford showing they have knowledge of clutch and flywheel problems, but since very few people drive the car regularly they will not do a recall.this is my only car.it was a gift to myself and last weekend it could have caused severe injury to me, my girlfriend, and/or anyone that might have been involved in a wreck due to this malfunction.

I purchased this car new in 2001 and had to replace the front hub and bearing 3 times.the most recent repair was in 5/2007 to the left hub which was just replaced in 02/2006 with under 15000 miles.chevrolet service department stated that warranty only covers parts for 12000 or 1 y ear,and only offered a 10% discount of 40.00 on a 410.00 repair job.

I purchased a gm certified 2000 pontiac bonneville in may 2002.since that time i have had to replace 3 window regulators in the vehicle, one for the drivers door and one each for the back doors.this seems to be quite excessive for a vehicle that is only 5 years old & has less than 80k miles on it.further, i have a small child so i can count on one hand the number of times that i have lowered the rear windows.i am confident that this is not a wear-and-tear issue, since i have replaced both regulators with gm parts and as i stated seldom roll the windows down.i have noted an approximate date for the first incident below.the most recent replacement was in august 2005.

I had no problems until 10 29 2004 i started my car this morning. The lifters were ticking like crazy. I shut the car off immiately.there was antifreeze in the oil. I clled soras car care and they towed it in.they had to replace the upper plentum and all the gaskets they said it was the antifreeze gm uses the long life kind my bill was 889.51the garage said they change these parts all the time. They also stated that the extended life anti-freezeeats upthe plastic parts and gaskets the anti freeze had been changed twice, before this happened.

2002 chevy silverado 1500 4x4 5.3ltransmission.sun gear..at 75000 miles the gear failed in a parking garage when i parked my truck i had appox.2 feet between my truck and the wall.when i returned to my vehicle the trucks front bumper was touching the wall.thankfully it wasn't parked so it would have rolled down the ramp. After starting my vehicle it did not have reverse and after getting it out of the ramp it would not shift into 2nd gear.i spoke with the dealer that i had purchased the truck from and he said that it was a common problem.also i talked to other people that have the same transmission and they have had the same problems. I thenk there should be a recall on this because if i had something in tow or the parking brake were to fail it could posibly injure or kill some one if it were to roll away.i had to have my transmission rebuilt and the transmission shop said that it was a common problem and that gm has come out with a revised part that is hardend.

Since purchase of vehicle continual costs to keep vehicle running has almost exceed the value of the vehicle. Repair costs from $3,200.00-$3,900.00 and continue to increase. Any future repairs will now exceed the purchase value of the vehicle. Due to the incapacity of the truck my lost wages have exceeded or will exceed $10,000.00. Being a single parent of two young children and having lost my job due to the vehicles incapacitate has caused insurmountable pain and suffering to the necessary day to day functions to my family. My once fair credit report has been ruined. One of my main reasons for agreeing to take out a auto loan was to help achieve a favorable credit rating to obtain a mortgage loan in the near future which is no longer an option. There is currently a investigation and class action suite pending by the vermont state attorney's generals office against william dydo jr. (dydo auto sales. I have a 2000 buick park ave....while driving down the road 70mph the car quits no warning. It might start right back up or it might take up to 1 1/2 hrs to start again. Potential for incident. I recently purchased a 2005 pontiac montana sv6. The vehicle has rails for a luggage carrier. The manufacturer's vehicle brochure states there are accessory crossbars available. These are necessary for securing a roof top luggage container. The dealer did not have these available. I contacted gm customer service. After they gave me several web sites to look at, i found that none had the crossbars listed. A representative told me they could provide no further information and were closing my complaint as "unsatisfied." this will cause me to come up with a means to make my own method for securing my luggage carrier which may fail and allow the carrier to fall off the vehicle and cause an accident. I am sure i am not the only person who will do this so the potential for serious consequences will be increased. I feel gm should be held accountable for this situation.

Bad helmets being sold today.

My truck has been driving average, with prior issues of the truck sounding like it is struggling to accelerate.this weekend, it began sounding like it is struggling to accelerate.because of this, i had to drive below the speed limit for over 50 miles for fear of my truck blowing up.after taking my truck to the dealership, the problem is the fan clutch.after going online, i observed that there are thousands of people who have had the same issue with trailblazers from 2002-2007.but to no avail, i cannot find any recalls from chevrolet about their many faulty parts.i am supposed to pay $900 to repair something that should be recalled from chevy?where is the justice?i am a family member of 3 generations of gm employees, and i am truly disappointed in chevrolet.

The gm n-body cars from 1992-1995 have a problem with water leaking into the passenger compartment.i had this fixed for $350 at a gm dealer a few years back but the problem is recurring.water comes in through the firewall and soaks the carpet.it happens when the car is washed or when it rains.my car is a 1995 skylark, but this has also happened to other gm cars from these years too.there is no excuse for this design flaw.car manufacturers have had over 100 years to figure out how to keep water out of a vehicle.i believe there is a service bulletin for this problem but there should be a recall too in order to solve this problem without me having to go back to a gm dealer to lose more money on a temporary fix.if this problem is left unchecked, it will cause rust-through in the firewall and floorboards.i would not even have considered buying this car had i known about this problem.

There was a recall on the hazard light switch #nhtsa recall campaign number: 03v327000 component: exterior lighting:hazard flashing warning lights:switchdetails: certain passenger vehicles have hazard warning switches that may experience solder joint cracking caused by rapid temperature transitions and the soldering process. If solder joint cracking occurs and results in an open circuit, the turn signals/hazard lamps become intermittent or inoperative. Consequence: when the turn signals are inoperative, the driver cannot use them to signal intent to turn that could result in a crash.corrective action: dealers will replace the hazard warning switch. Throttle body sticking at low speeds throttle sticks until pedal is pushed beyond desired point causing vehicle to surge forward. I hit garage wall. Exact problem occurred at 30,000 miles, dealer replaced throttle body(bad bushings) under warranty.

I own a 95 cadillac that had less than 3000 miles on it when i got it in 95. In 2000 the fuel pump shorted out in the fuel tank burning up the fuel pump and the wiring harness going to it. I had the car repaired at stutzman cadillac in winchester va. In november 2005 the same thing happened again. I called cadillac main office and talked to told them about what had happened. The only reply i got from them was they were sorry that i was having problems with the car. The first time this happened the car had 43000 miles on it . It now has 81000. It seems to me that there ought to be a fuse or something to keep this from happening.

During the second half of 2004 i called customer service about a montana 2000 mini van fuel system problem.my van had been in the repair shop many times during the warranty period with problems related to the fuel systemwiring.harness to the fuel pump twice. Then had to have the fuel pump replaced under warranty.all of the problem started the same way -stall while driving down the road and would not restart.(note: a stall on the road is very dangerous due to the power steering and power brakes).after the warranty ran out, yet another fuel pump went out in the same manner, except this time, i was charged over 800 dollars plus a towing bill.when i complained that this was an on-going problem that had occurred under warranty and many calls to your customer service center, i was told that gm wouldnot reimburse the full amount and towing would not be reimbursed.i told the rep at that time that was not good enough but did not win the battle.today i read that gm wasrecalling 330,000 2000-2001 suburban and yukons for stalling and not starting,and is recalling them to replace the fuel pumpwires. I checked the fuel system up on the 2000 montana and the 2000 cheverolet suburban, and they have the samefuel pump system.so today, i called customer service and asked for the rest of the repair amount and towing expenses,andwas told that my vehicle was not under the recall.now, if the suburban with the same pump and fuel system is recalled why not the montana?how long is gm going to continue to look the other way on this fuel pump fuel system problem?gm should have paid this bill in full to start with,my family could have been killed when the van stalled as it is very difficult to control in this situation.is there any help that the nhtsa could provide?

The fuel line in this car is exposed at the bottom of the car, and twice now (on 11/3/05 and earlier in 12/2003) the fuel line has ripped and gasoline has spilled onto the ground when trying to start the car. The gasoline spill obviously creates a safety hazard.

Since purchase of vehicle continual costs to keep vehicle running has almost exceed the value of the vehicle. Repair costs from $3,200.00-$3,900.00 and continue to increase. Any future repairs will now exceed the purchase value of the vehicle. Due to the incapacity of the truck my lost wages have exceeded or will exceed $10,000.00. Being a single parent of two young children and having lost my job due to the vehicles incapacitate has caused insurmountable pain and suffering to the necessary day to day functions to my family. My once fair credit report has been ruined. One of my main reasons for agreeing to take out a auto loan was to help achieve a favorable credit rating to obtain a mortgage loan in the near future which is no longer an option. There is currently a investigation and class action suite pending by the vermont state attorney's generals office against william dydo jr. (dydo auto sales. Although i hope to be part of this suit i will not be compensated for pain and suffering. Thank you

In november 2004 my "service engine soon" light came on along with the "trac off" light.after flipping through my cars manual i decided to have it serviced with the dealer i originally bought it from.at only 60,000 miles they determined all of my fuel injectors went bad.i had to replace these and with labor charges it cost me nearly $1,000.approximately 11 months later, the same lights started to come on again.i immediately drove the car to dealer where they proceeded to explain that my fuel injectors went bad a second time.they first replacements were under warranty, i was required to pay labor.unfortunately this past week the lights for the fuel injectors came on again, and is currently getting diagnosed.this will be my third set of fuel injectors in 36 months.the only thing the dealer will do is replace the fuel injectors, but unfortunately they can't promise this won't happen again.i feel that the fuel injectors that were initially replaced, and the replacements after them have been faulty.

Front door hinges on 2000 s-10 blazer have rotted.driver hinge in 2002, now passenger hinge (both front doors) in january of 05.door hinges both needed replacement which seems extremely odd on fairly new vehicle.research on the internet shows that many people have the same problem and probably just don't know where to report it simulataneously.it's failure results in the inability to close the doors, which, depending on when they break (i.e. When closing door, hitting a bump in road - which could cause closed door to unlatch from post, flinging door open while driving).i really strongly suggest this be looked at.it appears that the wheel wells allow road spray and moisture to be thrown directly into the door panel well where the hinge is located and is causing the rot.looks like a major manufacturing defect to not seal the door hinge area from the wheel spray and debris throw-back zone.

Thetractionsystemwas activating for no reason.service abs light came on in vehicle.dealer replaced left wheel hub, including sensor.problem recurred the day after and the wrong assembly was installed, the correct assembly was installed.one month later problem recurred.dealer claimed it was a loose connection on wheel hub assembly.seven months later problem recurred.dealer now says the right hub assembly neededreplacing, as well asthe transmission solenoid.repairs have not been done for the latter because we want dealership to repair free of charge.

This is regarded to the valve body issue that is common in saturns. I have a 2002 sl1 with 50,000 miles on it and must need to be replaced after doing research online i have found that there is hundreds of people with the same problem. Why has saturn not done anything to fix this problem, or offer to help pay for the cost of repairs?

I would like to make a complaint in reference to my 2003 dodge ram 15 quad cab that caused injury to myself by jumping out of gear. Brief description of incident that happened on the date ofnov28 wile in a convenient store parking lot i have two of my vehicles that were running at the time and the gear selector was in park position. I hopped out of my truck to go in store but to my surprise i felt a sharp pain in the lower right leg when ilooked at what was going on to my surprise i was hit by my own vehicle i was stunned my truck which was in park hit me and there was noone else in my truck lucky for me that store had a big concrete curb to stop the truck or i might not be the one writing to you so i hurried in to my truck to see to my surprise the truck shift indicator was in park. So my compliant is that my truck is nowa fearful thingto drive my wife wont even drive in the truck whichonly has 18000 miles on it i bought it in june of,2007 with 4800 miles i tried to get dodge to handle this issue but i never got a response so i feel its my duty as humanbeing to inform everyone of the issue that dodge wants to keep ignoring this safety concern. I feel they owe me atleast a response to the issue and am very fearful of driving this vehicle that i will be making monthly payments on for the next 48 months. On 11/19/2004 29,021 miles. Noise in engine area. Saturn replaced transmission fluid.was told if it happened again would have to replace transmission. 9/12/2005 61,695 miles. Car wouldn't go when put into gear.all gears were tried.contacted saturn was told to get it towed in and they would inspect it. Brought to attention that the letter i received about the vti transmission having problems and again was told it was my responsibility to have car towed in.also had to rent my own car.was reimbursed but only for a small portion on the rental car cost and nothing for the tow.finally got my car back on 9/21/2005.5/31/2006 89,412 miles.again car would not go into gear.took it to a transmission specialist as i will not go back to saturn.another transmission was put in another vti as no other transmission can be put in this car.this one at my expense.9/26/2006 105,000.car lost power on a canyon road had to pull over and be towed.was told transmission overheated and was now running fine.2/8/2007117,000 miles.here we go again the transmission needs to be replaced again.when will a recall be issued.how many people need to complain about this unsafe and shoddy transmission.please help.i cannot afford another transmission.

The a/c- heater speed control selection 1 and 2 stopped working in 2002 shortly after i purchased my vehicle. On april 10,2006, the selections 3 and 4 are also not working. This is now the 9th probolem i've had with my vehicle. To include both power window brackets breaking, my hazard flasher, transmission, steering, and a/c. I've unknowingly had jackson auto group of hawaii do repairs without so much as a word about the recalls. What proactive steps have been taken to notify the dealers about the recalls and defects?

2002 chevy silverado 1500 4x4 5.3ltransmission.sun gear..at 75000 miles the gear failed in a parking garage when i parked my truck i had appox.2 feet between my truck and the wall.when i returned to my vehicle the trucks front bumper was touching the wall.thankfully it wasn't parked so it would have rolled down the ramp. I thenk there should be a recall on this because if i had something in tow or the parking brake were to fail it could posibly injure or kill some one if it were to roll away.i had to have my transmission rebuilt and the transmission shop said that it was a common problem and that gm has come out with a revised part that is hardend.

In april 2007,the '04 trailblazer's transmission failed.at the time the vehicle had less than 50,000 miles.i drive the car very well - mostly highway miles as i commute for work - and the vehicle had never been used to tow.the transmission was repaired at a chevrolet dealer, and less than 2 months later, the transmission failed again.i am very unsatisfied with the quality of this vehicle.

My 4 wheel drive pickup has shifted from 2 wheel drive to low 4 wheel drive without command. It is now in the shop for the third time for the same problem. This could be deadly at high speeds. I am awair of one truck of the same make and model that crashed into a ditch when this happened.

I have had to replace three window regulators on my 2001 oldsmobile aurora.all have gone out besides the driver window.the two rear windows actually dropped down into the track while the vehicle was in motion.now both the front passenger and rear driver side windows are stuck in the up position, as if the window motors are out.i have had to replace numerous same parts on multiple occasions with this vehicle.transmission input speed sensor (twice), left bank air valve (twice), right bank air valve (once), there is water that gets into the spare tire well in the trunk (was remedied once but has since came back ).this vehicle has been in no major accidents.the bumper did have to get repainted as another car was pushed into mine, but aside from that nothing else.the intermediate shaft is always having to be lubed due to a manufacturer defect (costing the consumer $125 every 30,000 miles or so).you wonder why people are not buying american cars.my next one will likely be a honda just because gm does not stand by their product.too many problems that are similar when you talk to other owners, but gm does nothing even when they know other owners are having the same problems.with the 2001 aurora, gm should be recalling the issues with the windows because no owner should have to constantly change out window regulators and motors, nor is it safe.

The whole rear end of the car from the bushings to the rear cradle to the half shafts are too weak for the car. Over 1000's of cts-v's of the under approx. 4,000 produced from 2004-2005 have had major issues. Service centers claim everything is normal. My car is continually in the shop. Gm refuses to pay for these item and i have a 6yr 100k warranty. Service centers are not equipped to deal with this car, and gm failed to engineer it properly. In addition all of my interior parts rattle when i step on it, and some continue to rattle during daily driving. The paint quality of the exterior is the worst i have to see yet. There are weird blotches all over the place and are obviously due to poor paint application at the factory. I have owned the car for 3 months and so far have had to replace the radiator, the whole nav unit,the rear differential. And already, the nav unit is beginning to show the same indications of why it got replaced in the first place, and the rear differential is starting to make noises again. Also, the dual mass flywheel produces lots of noise. I have had it up to here with this vehicle.

The clutch recently went out in my 2008 shelby gt500.i was trying to accelerate on the highway and the engine immediately accelerated to 3500rpm with very little pedal, but the car actually slowed down for about 2 seconds before the clutch caught and the car started to increase speed.then it just revved up again on its own and the car slowed down again.i tried to change gears and it did the same thing in 4th, 5th, and 6th.it became very hard to maintain a safe speed on the highway because the car would not respond properly.it was also very difficult to get off the highway, because the flow of traffic was going much faster than i could keep up with or match.it also would severely lag when going up any overpass at any speed.i brought it to a ford repair shop and they told me it was just normal wear on the clutch and it needed to be replaced.the car only has 7100 miles and has never been used for anything other than daily driving.i checked online for others having similar problems and not only found many similar problems, but also found a report statement from ford showing they have knowledge of clutch and flywheel problems, but since very few people drive the car regularly they will not do a recall.this is my only car.it was a gift to myself and last weekend it could have caused severe injury to me, my girlfriend, and/or anyone that might have been involved in a wreck due to this malfunction.

The passenger automatic door on the drivers side opens without warning while driving, it has shut on my daughter, and it is misaligned. It is unpredicatable as to when this will happen. I have had it in for service 11 times just for the door. My stability and traction system has been in 3 times, and my whole steering component has been replaced. I am concerned about the door the most as i have two children.

Wheel bearings keep failing, resulting in me having to get new or resurfaced rotors, pads, calipers, bearings obviously, etc. This is the fourth time in a year and a half! i can't afford to drive an unsafe vehicle, but i can't afford to keep shelling out $500-600 every six months for the same problem, either. After doing some research on the internet, and talking to a few mechanics, i'm apparently not the only one with this problem.also, my power steering hose has a habit of blowing off the line for no reason, resulting in me having to re-attachit. But i don't care about that, i want to know what's wrong with mybrake system.

Thetractionsystemwas activating for no reason.service abs light came on in vehicle.dealer replaced left wheel hub, including sensor.problem recurred the day after and the wrong assembly was installed, the correct assembly was installed.one month later problem recurred.dealer claimed it was a loose connection on wheel hub assembly.seven months later problem recurred.dealer now says the right hub assembly neededreplacing, as well asthe transmission solenoid.repairs have not been done for the latter because we want dealership to repair free of charge.

I recently bought a used pontiac g6 (2006) shortly after driving the car for less than six months the steering wheel began to shake when i would brake at high speeds. I took my car in and they said that the rotors needed to be re-machined and that they were under warranty. Now, 10,000 miles later the wheel is shaking again and i am in fear of the same problem. Since purchase of vehicle continual costs to keep vehicle running has almost exceed the value of the vehicle. Repair costs from $3,200.00-$3,900.00 and continue to increase. Any future repairs will now exceed the purchase value of the vehicle. Due to the incapacity of the truck my lost wages have exceeded or will exceed $10,000.00. Being a single parent of two young children and having lost my job due to the vehicles incapacitate has caused insurmountable pain and suffering to the necessary day to day functions to my family. My once fair credit report has been ruined. One of my main reasons for agreeing to take out a auto loan was to help achieve a favorable credit rating to obtain a mortgage loan in the near future which is no longer an option. There is currently a investigation and class action suite pending by the vermont state attorney's generals office against william dydo jr. (dydo auto sales. The passenger automatic door on the drivers side opens without warning while driving, it has shut on my daughter, and it is misaligned. It is unpredicatable as to when this will happen. I have had it in for service 11 times just for the door. My stability and traction system has been in 3 times, and my whole steering component has been replaced. I am concerned about the door the most as i have two children.

The a/c- heater speed control selection 1 and 2 stopped working in 2002 shortly after i purchased my vehicle. On april 10,2006, the selections 3 and 4 are also not working. This is now the 9th probolem i've had with my vehicle. To include both power window brackets breaking, my hazard flasher, transmission, steering, and a/c. I've unknowingly had jackson auto group of hawaii do repairs without so much as a word about the recalls. What proactive steps have been taken to notify the dealers about the recalls and defects?

Steering column lock issue - had latest 2006 recall work performed by dealer. Did not solve problem, same error code reads on dash and car shuts itself off when try to move it more than 2 mph.dealer says gm is not covering it. Want to charge me to replace same part they put in as a part of the recall!!! also, we had to pay for theflat bed tow for this same problem twice now!we have had recall work done 4 times on this same problem! now they say its not covered? how can they get away with this?they are dragging the corvette name into the dirt!

Lose steering, bobbing steering with rumbling noise- diagnosis need new rack and pinion, having 3rd one put in now. Will lock up in a turn, will become very hard to turn left, sounds like out of steering fluid but not. I think possible part has changed or something not right with car or part. Something needs to be done about this. Car had 60,000 when it first began and very well maintained.

The gm n-body cars from 1992-1995 have a problem with water leaking into the passenger compartment.i had this fixed for $350 at a gm dealer a few years back but the problem is recurring.water comes in through the firewall and soaks the carpet.it happens when the car is washed or when it rains.my car is a 1995 skylark, but this has also happened to other gm cars from these years too.there is no excuse for this design flaw.car manufacturers have had over 100 years to figure out how to keep water out of a vehicle.i believe there is a service bulletin for this problem but there should be a recall too in order to solve this problem without me having to go back to a gm dealer to lose more money on a temporary fix.if this problem is left unchecked, it will cause rust-through in the firewall and floorboards.i would not even have considered buying this car had i known about this problem.

I have had to replace three window regulators on my 2001 oldsmobile aurora.all have gone out besides the driver window.the two rear windows actually dropped down into the track while the vehicle was in motion.now both the front passenger and rear driver side windows are stuck in the up position, as if the window motors are out.i have had to replace numerous same parts on multiple occasions with this vehicle.transmission input speed sensor (twice), left bank air valve (twice), right bank air valve (once), there is water that gets into the spare tire well in the trunk (was remedied once but has since came back ).this vehicle has been in no major accidents.the bumper did have to get repainted as another car was pushed into mine, but aside from that nothing else.the intermediate shaft is always having to be lubed due to a manufacturer defect (costing the consumer $125 every 30,000 miles or so).you wonder why people are not buying american cars.my next one will likely be a honda just because gm does not stand by their product.too many problems that are similar when you talk to other owners, but gm does nothing even when they know other owners are having the same problems.with the 2001 aurora, gm should be recalling the issues with the windows because no owner should have to constantly change out window regulators and motors, nor is it safe.

My 1999 durango went through a whole front end at 50,000 miles and at 100,000 miles the same simtoms are present, why did'nt the 1999 year modle get recalled?y friend has a 1999 and just hit 60,000 miles and had to rebuild the front end, the shop said there was 3/4 inch play in the ball joint.

Rear differential of my 2004 cadillac ctsv is too weak. It clunks, and produces excessive wheel-hop thus not allowing the power to transfer. The whole rear end of the car from the bushings to the rear cradle to the half shafts are too weak for the car. Over 1000's of cts-v's of the under approx. 4,000 produced from 2004-2005 have had major issues. Service centers claim everything is normal. My car is continually in the shop. Gm refuses to pay for these item and i have a 6yr 100k warranty. Service centers are not equipped to deal with this car, and gm failed to engineer it properly. In addition all of my interior parts rattle when i step on it, and some continue to rattle during daily driving. The paint quality of the exterior is the worst i have to see yet. There are weird blotches all over the place and are obviously due to poor paint application at the factory. I have owned the car for 3 months and so far have had to replace the radiator, the whole nav unit,the rear differential. And already, the nav unit is beginning to show the same indications of why it got replaced in the first place, and the rear differential is starting to make noises again. Also, the dual mass flywheel produces lots of noise. I have had it up to here with this vehicle.

Golf balls leaving golf course and entering us hwy 1. Only a 4 ft chain link fence for a barrier. Have had several property damages and 1 customer physically hit in the face with a golf ball. I have called theclubhouse to complain only to be told there was nothing they could do. Filed incident reports with police, but we were told it was a civil matter and we would need to sue them. My question is, if a barrier is required by law and who is in charge of enforcement?we have seen several incidents of vehicles locking up the brakes to avoid a golf ball, nearly causing a serious accident. Is it going to take a fatality to get something done? please advise on what course of action to take from here. I have spoken to the state dept of transportation, they told me it was the cities responsibility, the city says they don't know. We would like to find out what to do before someone is seriously injured or killed. Thank you for your time.*la

My saab has had a litany of problems since i have owned the car.it all started with little items.ignition wouldn't start the car.head lights burnt out.dash peeling, door handles discoloring, emergency brake getting stuck and being able to operate my car.engine warning light because my gas cap wasn't on correct.steering wheel locking while i was driving.wheel lock light remaining on while i was driving.brakes replaced due to factory retro fit.seat belts being recalled.computer constantly needing to be replaced so the car would function.electronic key failing so i couldn't start my car.my car is a 5 speed and the shifter handle has an continues to come off in my hand.a minimum of 3 fuses needing to be replaced.the dash board goes blank at times showing no functions of the car.window wouldn't go up or down and required the regulator to be replaced.erractic idle.service engine light comes on but, dealer doesn't know why.brakes needed to be replaced at 30,000 miles and rotors too.

Throttle body sticking at low speeds throttle sticks until pedal is pushed beyond desired point causing vehicle to surge forward. I hit garage wall. Exact problem occurred at 30,000 miles, dealer replaced throttle body(bad bushings) under warranty.

I have had to replace three window regulators on my 2001 oldsmobile aurora.all have gone out besides the driver window.the two rear windows actually dropped down into the track while the vehicle was in motion.now both the front passenger and rear driver side windows are stuck in the up position, as if the window motors are out.i have had to replace numerous same parts on multiple occasions with this vehicle.transmission input speed sensor (twice), left bank air valve (twice), right bank air valve (once), there is water that gets into the spare tire well in the trunk (was remedied once but has since came back ).this vehicle has been in no major accidents.the bumper did have to get repainted as another car was pushed into mine, but aside from that nothing else.the intermediate shaft is always having to be lubed due to a manufacturer defect (costing the consumer $125 every 30,000 miles or so).you wonder why people are not buying american cars.my next one will likely be a honda just because gm does not stand by their product.too many problems that are similar when you talk to other owners, but gm does nothing even when they know other owners are having the same problems.with the 2001 aurora, gm should be recalling the issues with the windows because no owner should have to constantly change out window regulators and motors, nor is it safe.

The a/c- heater speed control selection 1 and 2 stopped working in 2002 shortly after i purchased my vehicle. On april 10,2006, the selections 3 and 4 are also not working. This is now the 9th probolem i've had with my vehicle. To include both power window brackets breaking, my hazard flasher, transmission, steering, and a/c. I've unknowingly had jackson auto group of hawaii do repairs without so much as a word about the recalls. What proactive steps have been taken to notify the dealers about the recalls and defects?

I purchased a gm certified 2000 pontiac bonneville in may 2002.since that time i have had to replace 3 window regulators in the vehicle, one for the drivers door and one each for the back doors.this seems to be quite excessive for a vehicle that is only 5 years old & has less than 80k miles on it.further, i have a small child so i can count on one hand the number of times that i have lowered the rear windows.i am confident that this is not a wear-and-tear issue, since i have replaced both regulators with gm parts and as i stated seldom roll the windows down.i have noted an approximate date for the first incident below.the most recent replacement was in august 2005.

Driver side mirror turns a bronze color and it is hard to view through it. I can't find the right place to submit the vehicle make. The vehicle is a 1998 buick park avenue.

Windshield wiper fluid pump!i live in las vegas, so you would not think that the pump motor would go out after about a dozen times of use but it did!!called up the dealership said to bring it in.after upon getting the item looked at told me that heavy use of the item leads to pump mal-function.i then told them we live in the desert! no rain or snow, how could i heavily use this item.so they replaced the pump at a whopping 250.00 dollars.six months later... You guessed it pump out again.they then give me the same lines from above.they then want me to replace the motor again!i told them that maybe they gave me a faulty product or that it was remanufactured.they told me no that it is a brand new part never used.so i cant just have no fluid on a long road trip during the winter months so i paid for it again!this should go under a recall!! there is something seriously wrong with this part!!!!!!!

Wipers have failed 4 times the first time i never even left the dealership the day i bought it and they were broke. Took van to dealer and was told this isn't a recall problem but it should be they stick in the up position when off and work erratically. Called gm customer service and was told since van is a 2001 it is out of coverage. $474 to repair. This is ridiculous.
