The contact owns a braun century-2 wheelchair lift. The contact received notification of nhtsa campaign id number: 12e002000 (equipment adaptive) and took the vehicle to the dealer for repairs. The dealerremoved the springs from the wheelchair lift but did not replace them. As a result, the wheelchair lift would no longer retract.
