Since i purchased a 1999 chrysler concordenew, i have had the car in the dealer over 20 times. I have numerous electrical issues, i have been stranded numerous times and i have incurred costs over the last 4 years that not only forced me to rent a car over and over, but the time lost from work is inexcusable. I have had brake failure almost resulting in a car crash. Now, my car is in the dealership due to smoke smell burning wires and a computer and electrical issue. Chrysler states they don't know if they willl pay for this problem. This has been happening since day one and it's dangerous. I am in fear for the safety of my family riding in this car. It is a death trap. This car should have been deemed recalled under the lemon law. I know various people who have the same car and they have had the same problems that chrysler ignores and fails to deal with it. *la

2003 cadillac escalade ext metal brake line problem.i noticed a leak and i took my truck in to be checked out. The service tech advised that the metal brake line was corroded and needed to be replaced.i questioned how can that happen? why wasn't it noticed during previous service? what caused the problem? can this happen again? i requested investigation of parts and verification of recalls. "i was told that battery acid dripped on line".i would like to file this complaint because the answer i received does not make any sense, especially if all service and work done to my escalade exttruck were completed my the dealer. My battery had no corrosion and i do not live insalt belt state.i feel this brake line problem is a defect. This problem occurred suddenly, with no warning.
Brake pressure deactivation switch leaking down wires causing fuses to blue along with other major problems.
I purchased my 1999 chrysler town and country minivan in july 2002. Since purchasing this van i've had to get the brakes replaced every six months--or sooner. In december 2003--after the third brake change i was told the problem could be the caliper and hose. I had the caliper and hose replaced at that time. In february 2004 i was told the brakes were going bad because the van needed new rotors. I had them replaced at that time; and i also purchased new tires and a front end alignment. Over a month ago the brakes started causing a vibration when pressed--even at speeds of 30 mph. So now, less than six months since the last time i had the brakes changed; they need to be changed again. There has to be something wrong here!!
