Motorcycle helmets.
On sunday november 25,2007 i purchased a pack of four valve stem extensions-description:victor 11/2 inches long, set of 4, item # 00713-v (v713); marketed by bell automotive products,inc.,desmoines,iowa.upc of item is 0 77231 00713 9.i screwed them om my tires existing and original valve stem to gain the extra length for checking tire pressures.that evening i noticed one tire completely flat and took it off to check for leaks or damage-i could find neither.refilling the tire with air and putting it back on vehicle i heard air leaking out and observed it was coming from the new valve stem.took the new extension off and air stopped leaking.next morning i go out and find the three other tires sitting flat in driveway.upon checking (refilling tires with air) it was determined all new valve stem extensions were defective and slowly released all the air from the tires.carparked in the driveway no major damage was done.on the highway all tire going flat could have been disastrous.tires on car without the valve stem extenders attachedhave retained their air and have not gone flat.

The bell zephyr motorcycle helmet was purchased for out of state usage. With the helmet on at approximately 50 mph. And higher speeds. The wind turbulence on the helmet cause a blurred vision over an extended period of time. This has caused head pain due to the vision problem. The corrective measure was to discontinue use of the said helmet.
