Apc product 403660hl bought as replacement headlight. Installed in 1995 chev truck.1. Poor light output in low beam projector lens. Upper border of low beam pattern only extends 30 ft in front of the vehicle if high beam is centered. Poor brightness even with after market high output bulb. Uneven distribution of light in beam pattern, dark spots in middle of beam.2. Flimsy, low quality construction. Headlight adjustments screws have excessive play. Headlight carrier and backplate is made of low quality plastic with excessive flex. Impossible to aim and maintain aimpoint. Adjustment lock screws ineffective due to loose tolerance of hinge points. Headlight flexes and vibrates during vehicle operation.
