The contact owns a 2001 astro van equipped with anzo wiper blades, part number: a-18-m, serial number: g9440. While driving in inclement weather with the wiper blades activated, the passenger side wiper blade's rubber cover disengaged from the wiper arm. As a result, the contact's vision became obscured.the vehicle was not diagnosed nor repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure.
