Tens if not hundreds of thousands of injuries can be prevented. The reason i am writing this is my workers friend got in a fight with his dad, got in the car, went down a side road at 90 mph. He hit a tree and died. If the car could only go 65 there was a good chance he could have managed the turn or just been injured. This is a adjustment that can easily be implemented, will save lives, will save gas, will help the environment.
