Batch 21009aplease expand your recall on this product to include the above model #.there are two settings on this car seat heater- low/highi cannot use the high setting for more than 5 minutes without having to turn it off. The seat gets way, way too hot leaving bright red patches on my skin-almost burn marks.(i could have turned it off but it was below zero temps outside. I've tried to see how hot it will get but was never able to because i was worried that my car seat would melt! i've had several complaints from friends whom i let drive my car without warning them to turn off the seat heater if it happened to be on high. I still have it but only use the highsetting for a minute or two at the most. I should have sent it back but it was a christmas gift.

I hadn't heard anything so i placed a call on 10/13/11 to check on the status of my replacement.i am very dissatisfied to have to say that it is now almost one year later and i have received no further communications never mind my replacement!!!i am upon the start of winter season in maine and sincerely expect a replacement or reimbursement (of the money i spent ) so that i can keep myself warm and happy this season! they really owe me for not keeping me warm last season!!
