The manufacturer stated that they would send out shipping labels so that the contact could send the helmets back for a refund. The shipping labels never arrived and the contact stated all phone numbers to the manufacturer were disconnected.

Nhtsa campaign id number: 10e012000 n/asent a helmet back to advance carbon and they returned it stating that they where unable to payout for the helmet as stated in the nhtsa requirement. Is there anything that can be done thru the nhtsa or is it out of the nhtsa's hands?thanks
