Where do i begin? i've had almost all of the issues/complaints already filed here from the dome/airbag lights going off for no reason, the key getting stuck or the car stalling in not starting, disrespect/unprofessional from ford repair staff or calling ford corporate, and the most famous focus moment of all, when the car shakes at speeds of 50 or above on highways.o ford!, how you've screwed us all!!!!!!!
This complaint is in reference to a recall that has already been put in place, nhtsa campaign id #:06v198000.audi failed to honor the recall stating that it had already been repaired.i did take my audi to the dealer in order for them to fix the wiring harness that was recalled but they did not fix it properly.audi stated that because 1 year has passed since the repair, they will no longer honor the recall.i believe that once a wiring harness has been recalled then audi should honor the recall.in my case the jumper harness that was used to replace the recalled wiring harness was defective and they should still be obligated to repair it.who should i contact to obligate audi to repair the recalled wiring harness?
My 2006 chevy equinox has trouble starting. The problem used to be intermittent, but has become more regular over the years. I have taken it to three different dealers to diagnose and they say there is no problem or they were unable to duplicate the issue. When the problem occurs it will only start if you hold the gas pedal to the floor. Otherwise, it will just crank and then turn off. I have seen many complaints about this online and found that the 2005 equinox seemingly has the same problem and was issued a recall. I work hard to pay the bills and need someone to acknowledge the problem that these vehicles sre having.
Gmc jimmy 2000 fuel gauge not reading the correct amount of fuel . This is a ongoing problem.running out of gas is a big problem if you don't track mileage. Very unsafe as one could be stranded .
Cooling system is failing all the time on all pontiacs have the same problem intake manifold blow 5 times at 50.00 miles oil mixes with the coolant and all the smoke from that goes in the air it is a major problem and than the cars are junk so than everybody who buys pontiac they are buying a lemon cars even if it brand new from the shop.
I have a 1995 chevrolet caprice and recently when i tried to start my car noticed that it would not start. I jumped the car and was able to get it to run but once i turned it off was unable to re-start the car. Upon further inspection i found that the battery was leaking around the positive terminal connection.the battery was a ac delco 78-6yr battery with side-mount terminals. When i removed the battery from the car i could see that it had been leaking and continued to leak acid all over the battery tray and my garage floor. When i went to a local chevrolet dealer (harbor chevrolet of long beach)they offered me not help because i no longer had the receipt and had not purchased the battery from them. I thought this was not right since the battery was less than six years old and had the registration codes clearly visible on the top of the battery case.my car was damaged by the leaky batter and i had to buy a new battery (of course not an ac delco product) which should not have been the case since the battery should still have been under warranty.
Numerous incidences of a dead battery.
The contact owned a 2006 porsche cayenne equipped with an ac delco battery, model number 49-60 (na). The contact stated that the driver and passenger were found deceased in the vehicle while the engine was running. The cause of death was due to toxic fumes coming from the battery located under the driver's seat. The manufacturer was notified.
I bought a 2002 chev.trailblazer ltz fromjoe cecconis dealership. My alternator was bad they told me when i bought it and so they replaced it in 2008. Wed. Nov. 18th 2010 it caught on fire while i was in it. The local fire dept. Made a report and joe cecconis wont return my calls. What do i do?
1.engine stalled - skipped, missed.loss of antifreeze.finally completely died and had to be towed.2.occurred twice3.replaced intake manifold assembly twice in less than 1 year.

Air conditioner, compressor, clutch and belt tensionor on chevrolet tahoe. Belt tensionor breaks locking up causing compressor clutch to sieze then causing compressor to disentergrate internally shooting internal components thru accumalator and inside vehicle climate control system. Serpentine belt tenstsionor could cause belt to break which drives the entire system to include power steering. This is a common problem for chevrolet models, however it may only begin having the problem at 3-4 years of ownership therefore appearing to be a normal breakdown of components. The problem is common enough the dealers and experienced mechanics maintain the parts as basic stocked items.
Have replaced the evaporator, condenser, compressor, dryer, belts, etc.have spent close to $3k and still have no air conditioning.

I have purchased both brake pads and rotors every 8-10 months. I usually try to go longer because it gets to be expensive. It's the same problem. It starts with a pulsation or "bumping" when i brake, even gently, usually at high speeds. But when i look at the old pads, they were hardly worn down. Once i tried resurfacing the rotors but it didn't help; i had to buy new ones only to find that these too soon wore down and warped. I haven't found a remedy. Many others in auto forums and online message boards have also experienced similar problems, suggesting that it is due to poor design of the braking system.
Very delayed response to braking.i was about four cars away when i applied the brake.i was going about 40mph when i slammed on the brake.vehicle kept rolling until eventually it hit another vehicle.it felt like i was just driving with the foot on the gas very slowly.its in the shop now being repaired.brakes are said to be "normal". Lol .

Steering gear problems - twice within 30,000 miles my steering gear has had to be replaced. Unfortunately, gm replaces these parts with remanufactured parts, which results in subsequent failures. These items need to be covered by an extended warranty. The same is true for my dashboard. Twice the dash odometer etc have had to be replaced, again with remanufactured parts. Both again have been replaced within 30,000 miles. Don't ever purchase a gm vehicle. I have been to the dealer 8 times over these items, and today they were to replace the dashboard components and determined that gm had shipped the wrong mileage on the replacement part.
-2008 chev. Malibue 2lt 2.4 4 cylender with power electric steering.problem: when you 1st strup the vehicle the steering wheel shakes back and forth. You have to shut down and re start the vehicle to stop the problem.the dealership has completely changed out the steering column but it still does it twice it has occuring while driving when i 1st started up and i had to stop the vehicle and shut off the motor etc. To stop the shaking.this has happened approx: 15 times since i got the vehicle new in jan/08

So far, i have replaced a cruise control four times in five years from salvage, in every case, the only parts to fail are the same two plastic gears worth about $5 retail. Since gm will not sell repair parts, the replacement of the unit is over $500. I would understand if i had four different failures however these are alike.my vehicle is a 1996 chevy, k1500, silverado, 5.7 l engine, cruise controller #25169208.
Chevy cobalt 2006 power steering fail in ma car very danger, please may investigation. Before somebody dies in this car.
While exiting the interstate ramp where i live (i-64/nitro, wv) i heard a "pop" sound, then noticed an orange flame coming from under the hood, and out of the driver's side fender. At this point, i braked to pull off onto the shoulder, but lost all brakes. (brake pedal went all the way to the floor)no cars were in front of me, and i was able to roll into an intersection where a truck driver attempted to put out the fire with an extinguisher to no avail.the fire department put out the fire, but the car is a total loss. Thank god my children were not in the car!

The fuel gauge reads empty and the fuel light comes on when there is gas in the envoy.this started a few weeks ago and i never know how much gas is in the envoy.
I have a 1997 chevrolet venture and i have had a lot of transmission problems since i bought it. I got the vehicle in 2003 used. The day i bought it the transmission failed. I had it taken to the dealer and watched them take a new transmission out of a crate and put it in. After that it was back in the shop 3 more times over the next year for problems. When i would go through a yield requiring me to speed up such as getting on the interstate it would rev up as if it were in neutral , almost causing me to get hit on several occasions. When i would take my foot off the gas and then try again it would grab and take off. All three times they rebuilt the whole transmission. Now the shift sensors are going out and even the local dealer said this should not be happening at only 35,000 miles. Even though the transmission is still under warranty, the dealer that put the transmission in has purged their system and my information was kicked out and i cannot find the original paperwork. What can i do to keep from having to pay for a defective internal transmission part that is expensive to have put in.
My 2006 jeep liberty has had the window regulators fail with the window falling back into the door unexpectantly while driving. All four of the regulators have been replaced. The rear drivers side regulator has been replaced twice and now has broken again for a third time. No warning signs are noted prior to the failure. So far it has only happened during good weather. It could cause an accident if it were to happen during inclement conditions. The first two failures were repaired under warranty with the same faulty parts. The last three repairs were performed by myself as the vehicle was out of warranty. Jeep has not redesigned the part but only replaces the failed regulator with the poorly designed orriginal equipment. The component which fails each time is a plastic piece which holds the window and connects to the regulator cable. This plastic piece fails even with minimal to no use of the window. The rear windows in my jeep have almost never been rolled down and still fail. I do not have any of the prior failed window regulators but the last failure has not been repaired yet and would be available for inspection. Below under the "equipment information" heading and then subcategory "model", i was given several model numbers of which i have no idea so i picked the first one.
