2006 through current honda civic si have a problem with the inability to adjust the rear camber of the tires. Normally what happens between 2,000 and up miles the owners are experiencing wear to the inside of the rear tires that goes undetected until a blow out of the tire occurs.the fault lies in the rear control arm that does not allow for camber adjustments of the tires.honda sells these vehicles new with the suspension as is. The owners have attempted to get honda and the dealers who sold the cars to make good on a repair that cost upwards of over $800.00. They wont.having been an army accident investigator my concern lies in the failure of the control arm that does not allow for camber adjustments to the rear tires. Currentlythe rear tire or tires areallowed to rub against the rear suspension system causing a blow out of the rear tire (s) causing a loss of control of the vehicle and a subsequent crash.the potential problem could be remedied by the recall of si version civics for installation of an adjustable rear control arm. Itis my understanding original civics have been recalled by honda to correct or examine this problem. The number of accidents incidents or fatalities i do not believe has been investigated or reported. Buyers of these vehicles, insurance agents as well as accident investigators should be made aware of this potentially dangerous problem. It might just save a life or two. I believe that a data base for all civics involved in automobile accidents should kept to identify this problems severity.

Air bag light on. I was told it was a module when i took the jeep for software recall. I believe this has to do with recall although i am being told no. With all the issues with airbags going on i think this should be repaired and should be taken care of by the dealership. I know 3 other people with chryslers having the same issue except their vehicles are 2014's. I am very unhappy and when i do decide to trade vehicle in it won't be for a chrysler product. Will go back to chevrolet. They back up their products.

Www.natomounts.com which has close to 1 million views on facebook https://www.natomounts.com/?jan6v2 shows their special mounting a labtop or tablet in front of normal passenger side airbags positions.here is my chat with their representatives:https://www.natomounts.com/?jan6v2misty: thanks for stopping by! can i answer any questions for you?me: many of your pictures show computers or tablets mounted in front of normal position of passenger side air bags. Is this safe?misty: we were just doing that as a demo to show you it can go anywhere.me: so is it safe to put it where you are demoing it?misty: it just depends on your vehicle.me: do you provide information or is it up to me to figure out for my vehicle?misty: we don't have details for every make and model of every vehicle i am sorryme: do any of your mounting instructions mention airbags?kaitlyn: sorry about that...no they don'tme: i feel i need to report this as lack of safety information negligent to both national highway traffic safety administration and facebookkaitlyn: i'm sorry....the areas that we put it in the demos were just to show that you can put it anywhere on most any surface. It wasn't necessarily an instructional video for where exactly to put it. It just depends on your car...but we don't advise to put it in the way of any airbags at all.kaitlyn: let me check with my manager, just give me a few momentds. I will make sure this gets in front of my manager. I do know that they are working on a new video to replace the current version shortly.-----the equipment in question is not 3m equipment and not listed in your list-i do not have the equipment- there was no specific incident but their advertising and lack of air bag information seems to me to be truly a safety hazard.

In december, 2006 i had a new alternator and a new fuel pump put in (895.00).1/10/07 my ignition module and the fuel pressure regulator went out (695.45).5/14/07 my ignition coil needed replacing (252.18). November 8, 2007 i needed to replace the ignition switch and valve cover gasket ($500)i'm am tired of repairing.it's got an electrical problem that's causing my ignition stuff to burn out.

Wire is branded "conduct tite!" from dorman motormite is dramatically undersized, e.g., 24% smaller.when used for repairs it can cause electrical fires, which can cause serious injury or death.

Purchased 2005 chevy uplander april 2010.not even a month or less having it had to replace voltage regulator/alternator/radio/starter.the lights would dim, flicker, wouldn't start. Now one year later the same problem as return and this time it cut off going down the road. It wont start sometimes and the voltage reader goes up and down. It is the same problem occurring.this is very unsafe to be doing this and you should have not to replace the same parts every year!

The annapolis bay bridge has decayed, disintegrating white lines. They are impossible to see at night. Please have them repaint the roads both east and west span. Cars come very close to the east span jersey wall and the falling apart fencing on the western span. (which also should be jersey walled)

I saw the notice on the f-150's. I just called ford last week re: this same thing. They told me due to age and miles on vehicle they could do nothing. It became loose and hanging while pouring gas all over the expressway on sept 3rd. I was very dissatisfied with their response, as i don't feel this should be an issue anyone needs to worry about. My case number with them is [xxx].information redacted pursuant to the freedom of information act (foia), 5 u.s.c. 552(b)(6).

The windshield wiper motor of my 1990 ford windstar has failed several times.it was recalled early after manufacture of the car and replaced by ford, but the replacement has the same problem.intermittent is dysfunctional.the motor continued to operate even after the car was turned off! (caused a fire, had to have the fire department here) and that was the replaced motor.ford refuses to take any responsibility for it since it was already "replaced" under the recall.but the problem continues.had it replaced again paying privately and the same problem.don't know if it's the motors ford is using on this model or something else wrong with this car that makes the wipers do this.currently, no intermittently on the wipers again.(third motor)thank you for anything you can do.

Nhtsa does a good job of looking into vehicle safety.however, from what i can tell, the agency does not address safety from the design of roads.i have traversed numerous roads where the design of the road leads to accidents.it's almost as if there is no accountability for engineers who design the traffic flow of our roadways.furthermore, many construction zones are poorly designed during the construction phase when roads are being improved.until a federal agency begins tracking accidents and deaths where an contributing factor is the roadway our roads will continue to be dangerous.as an example when traversing interstate 10 headed west through san antonio i had to go through a highway interchange where the flyover i was on had a very short entry onto the road i was merging onto and as the flyover lane merged with other traffic any vehicle i could have crashed with would have immediately been in my blind spot, very very poor design... Often times design of roads does not get addressed locally until there is a fatality but why are do state dot's waiting until there is a fatality?furthermore while opioids are receiving a lot of news, the fact of the matter is that more innocent people are dying every year on our roads than dyeing from opioids.it is time to put more attention on the design and safety of our roads, holding the engineers who design the roads accountable for safe design.

This company is selling an aftermarket component (literally dead weight!) to enable drivers to override tesla's safety constraints on full self driving. Namely, they are selling a counterweight aimed at fooling the tesla vehicle into accepting that the driver's hands are on the steering wheel as required by the autopilot. This is profiteering on an extremely dangerous and (i believe) illegal practice that puts tesla drivers, their passengers, and every car on the road at risk.i drive one of these cars and would never even consider this. But there are people who would.https://www.taptes.com/products/taptes-model-3-y-counterweight-ring-autopilot-accessories-automatic-assisted-driving-ap-fsd-steering-wheel-weight-boosternote that this is not a complaint about tesla, it is a complaint about an irresponsible third-party company.this company is not listed on your equipment list, and there is no "none of the above." so i selected something at random.

Grinding noise began, shortly thereafter the transmission failed.i've replaced the transmission twice already and cannot afford to replace it again.the car now sits as i continue to make payments on it.

2004 mercury mountaineer v8, 47,000 miles. Transmission is shot. It slipped in and out or reverse (creating a very dangerous situation since i could not control the vehicle when it was in reverse) and it struggled to shift gears in drive. No warning light before the problems began. The vehicle aged out of warranty in july 2010. Ford will not pay for anything (although the dealer is cutting me a break on the service costs).

Blue headlight glare. I finally read in the newspaper an article and a source to file my opinion/complaint. In a minnesota dark winter, it doesn't matter if i'm driving a country 2-lane road, or an interstate freeway - the blue headlights are 'painful' to encounter. They are blinding, i want to turn my head away, andhave often wondered how they were allowed to even be used. Certainly i would like to see better, however, i'd never put them on my car, simply because i know of awful it is to encounter them......does anyone know what effect they have on our eyes, at night? please reconsider their use.i have a very safe driving record.......!thank you.

Burning smell originating from failed seal (now on national backorder this past year) in ptu assembly on most ford edge and mercury mkx models.i've had my vehicle in the shop 3 times over the past year and they do not have replacement ptu assemblies in stock as the company who made them are now out of business.transmission fluid leaks from ptu assembly onto exhaust, into vents and into our lungs.vehicle is still in the service area at midway ford in roseville, mn.they say i can drive it until they find a part, however it is winter and that is not an option as the windows must remain open.more info at -> http://www.fordedgeforum.com/index.php?showtopic=1654&st=140.

The contact owns a 2010 dodge ram 3500 installed with a 50 gallon after market fuel tank and protective shield from titan fuel tanks (serial number 1232). While driving approximately 55 mph, the fuel tank straps fractured and caused the fuel tank to separate from the vehicle. Upon inspection, it was discovered that the straps were rusted and corroded. The contact indicated that the fuel tank was installed on 1/17/2011 and the failure occurred on 8/8/2015. The manufacturer was not notified. The failure mileage was 75,278.

We had to replace front brakes and resurface the rotors at 18,785 miles. Replaced rear brake pads at 26,848 miles and replaced front brake pads and rotors at under 36,000 again. This car has 35,885 on it. I misplaced the letter sent home about being reimbursed for these problems. We just decided to buy our lease. We need new tires only we aren't waiting for the expensive ones on backorder we will use the alternate size and brand. Yesterday i lost all power in the car. Windows wont go up or down, no air, no radio, no windshield wipers, no power locks.its hot in nj i cant drive this car without these things. I shouldn't have to drive it without these things. There are less than 36000 miles on the car. I hit my 36 month mark on 5/31 so am i out of luck. Can dodge stand proudly behind their name and recall these cars will all of these problems? i read the blogs and message boards-im not the first person and i wont be the last to have these problem. Why should all the responsibility be put on the customer. This is my 2nd dodge and this will probably be my last if they cant step up and own some of this faults. I don't know the answer to the equipment make and model so i am putting in anything to allow me to get to the next page. If i knew this info. I would be a mechanic and would have known about these problems before i bought the car. I am choosing 3m series 963(this means nothing-this is the only way i can get onto the next page so disregard this section of the complaint).

Chevy today said that their is nothing wrong with my pwr steering yet both myself and my brother test drove it. Now in aug i had the recall and they fixed it so they claimed in aug but yet it is doing the same thing only worse this past wk. Amazing how chevy will try to use the excuse that it is something else other then the pwr steering when the instrument light chiming pwr steering was a [xxx]good indication that it was the steering. Not to mention i could not turn my steering wheel and when i try to accelerate the car would jolt like it was not going into gear. Let me not forget to mention the clicking noise i get underneath the dash near the steering wheel and the clicking in the shifter. Same problem new day and they tell me it's fine. I guess i have to kill someone on the rd for them to do something about the car. You guys need to step in because i am 2 steps away from calling a lawyer and suing everyone that is involved with knowing and not doing anything about it. I surely do not feel like being scraped off the darn hwy or the guilt of killing someone over something that you guys should have taken care of back in 2005 when all this started happening. We need to recall all cars from 05 to 09 and get them off the street and have chevy reimburse us or give us a safer car. I know it may seem like a lot of money but 1 life being saved makes a difference. I know car dealers have what they call a bean counter and they don't care if 1 or a 12 people die from faulty equipment and you guys can live with that. But to me that is horrible and needs to be stopped immediately....now means now!!!!!!!!!thank you for your timenot so happy with how you guys manage safety and the response time.ignore the parts section or equipment section because i did not know the manufacturer of the pwr motor replaced. I truly do not feel they even replaced it. I think america has been had once again by the car industry.[xxx] information redacted pursuant to the freedom of information act (foia), 5 u.s.c. 552(b)(6).

Please help me report corruption to doj!please fwd this complaint to:[email protected] request that the u.s. Office of the inspector general and fbi oversight commitees investigate this matter. I have reported many crimes to the attorney generals of de, n.j. & pennsylvania. N.j. State senator beach advised me on april 13, 2008 that arrests were going to be made and my matter was to be prosecuted by the n.j. U.s. Attorneys office. The local f.b.i. Fails to self police itself and make arrests. The local u.s. Attorneys offices fail to return my calls and prosecute n.j. Ag case #200706634. I have now filed a complaint against ralph marra with the n.j. Inspector general's office. Confirmation # is 20090625-377 for my complaints. Rogue f.b.i. Have also prevented me from retrieving my own 1999 & 2000 1040 tax records since 2006. I am the victim of attempted murder of which the f.b.i. Seek s to cover up, a victim of police intimidation and other major crimes. I allege that f.b.i. Agents attempted to kill me in the summer of 2007. I initially thought i was a victim of malpractice committed by a 5'7 asian man thought to be a voorhees, n.j. Virtua employee as i reported to camden county , n.j. Prosecutor josh ottenberg in the fall of 2007. Voorhees police failed to investigate and i definately believe otherwise now. Camden county, n.j. Law enforcement did not investigate any of my claims? a man aprox. 5'7 of asian descent at virtua hospital continued to remove a significant amount of blood from me during my overnight stay there leaving me extremely weakened. It took numerous injections of b-12 and steroid shots administered by berlin, n.j. Physician julian maressa to regain most of my strength. I have provided local law enforcement with overwhelming evidence and proof of the injections i received. Since 2007 i 've been trying to file many charges and was prevented from even filing a "protective restraint order" against fbi special agent william dicola.

2001 ford focus has failed twice during long trips. Vehicle stutters, struggles and will maintain a speed of only 35-40 mph during these episodes. Stopping, restarting will reset and allow another 5-10 miles of proper operation and then in happens again. During both instances it was hot and humid. Was able to continue trip both times, but this is a scary situation on the interstate!!!!! suspecting fuel control module, but everything tests fine at the shop and unable to recreate symptoms for mechanic. Online ford database says this vehicle is not included on the recall for fuel system malfunction, but the sysmptoms are exactly as described in the complaint.

2003 dodge ram 1500 dashboard cracked all over. Would definitely be a safety issue if in an accident. I have to wonder if an airbag would do any good if it hits the sharp pieces of the dash. Or worse if a person hit the sharp pieces. Dodge told me it was only a few trucks with this problem, but almost every truck made around 2003 has same problem to some extent.

New headlight dangerous glare is blinding me.high intensity, high output and other new headlights on the market or aftermarked product shelves are a danger to oncoming traffic. New lights are not just a different color, but ofter are brighter or have brighter areas shing down. Shining down brighter is a major danger on hilltops or when these vehicles climb roads that cause their headlights to shine brighter at oncoming traffic.often at intersectuons with any elevation oncoming cars are coming up, the headlights blind the opposing traffic.headlights need ro be redesigned for safety or this is going to become part of the legal defense in injury and fatality accidents.

Starting to see many valve stem failures at out auto repair shop. Seemed to be a recall on some from china but ours are made in germany and seem to fail as well.

2000 ford f-150 has a problem with the turn signal switch failing. I have replaced it once already and the problem occurred again. I have done research via internet and other people have had the same problem. New bulb replacement and fuse replacement does not remedy the problem. The multifunction switch is defective. This could result in an accident or injury.

Purchased a throttle controller form ebay for 2020 jeep gladiator. Product was faulty from new, would cut off throttle when pedal was floored when trying to pass a car would only restart if car was stopped and shut off. Company would not admit fault and had all of my reviews removed off of ebay site. People think this company is selling a well reviewed product in fact the product could cause a major crash . I hope this report will help save somebody from a bad crash, thank you for your time.

Brakes were making a noise for a 2nd time; already replaced once when i told abc nissan phoenix, az (where purchased) that at speed less then 25 mph my brakes were making a noise.the other day went to brake at 14 mph in very heavy traffic on the freeway during rush hour and brakes locked up and had to use the emergency brake to avoid a collision (mind you i was one car length behind the car in front of me).i am afraid to drive my nissan altima now!!this is ridiculous.

Cars with white color head-lights are very dangerous.the bright headlights are blinding to on-coming vehicles, even the low-beam is so bright, it blinds on-coming vehicles.please do away with white-color headlights.

2004 jeep grand cherokee laredo: the brake light bulb housing has melted due to overheating causing the brake lights to not work when depressing the brake pedal.

This complaint is related to the led lights that are allowed on vehicles today.the most obvious problem is related to the rear tail lights and brake lights.the types of lights and the intensity of the lights creates a dangerous situation for me.i find them to create a strobe-like affect that is incredibly distracting.this is most common on older or low cost vehicles and less costly with higher end and newer vehicles, although i sense the problem on nearly all vehicles with led lights.i do not typically notice this system with the new lead headlights, although i have seen the problem on some led fog lights.i believe that the problem is related to the frequency of the lights (i've heard it's a pulse width modulation issue, but i don't know that for sure).i suspect that if the frequency were increased, it would be less noticeable.i've found that some people are more sensitive to this than others and the rest of family is not affected by this problem.

I purchased a 2009 honda accord v6 on february. When i apply the brakes my car makes a loud squeaking noise. The noise is getting worse. I've been to the dealership over 4 times and have called in regards to them fixing the problem. They told me that it was the brake pads. They are still in the process of investigating the problem. Why is this taking so long? the honda consumer affairs department said that if i fix the brake i would have to pay out of pocket. Honda will not fix this problem unless its recalled.my left speaker as well has shorted out. I went to the car audio store and had the speaker replaced with a new honda speaker and once again it shorted at a high volume. Cars with white color head-lights are very dangerous.the bright headlights are blinding to on-coming vehicles, even the low-beam is so bright, it blinds on-coming vehicles.please do away with white-color headlights.

2004 jeep grand cherokee laredo: the brake light bulb housing has melted due to overheating causing the brake lights to not work when depressing the brake pedal.

Grinding noise began, shortly thereafter the transmission failed.i've replaced the transmission twice already and cannot afford to replace it again.the car now sits as i continue to make payments on it.

The gentleman at the car audio store informed me that this was a manufacturing problem on the car.

I drive a 2006 chrysler pacifica touring.i have had issues with the abs light coming on and off.it does not make a difference the speed i am traveling and when i come to a stop it begins to vibrate and i rearended the people infront of me.i have also had issues with my car stalling for no apparent reason.it is hard to believe that there is not a recall on this particular unit.i have called the dealership and also chrysler and they said no problems have ever beendocumented...they need to start checking this site and see that all of the problems are the same.*cw

Starting to see many valve stem failures at out auto repair shop. Seemed to be a recall on some from china but ours are made in germany and seem to fail as well.

The contact owns a curt trailer hitch, model number 11105 (na).the hitch is made for a 1999 ford escort zx2.the contact stated that the main mounting bolt strips very easily and will cause the trailer to detach from the vehicle.the hitch did not fall off because the contact caught it in time and made the repair.the manufacturer stated that they would send him new bolts to install on his hitch; however, the contact stated that he does not want new bolts since he already made the repair.
