We purchased a coco "touriva" car seat.the hinge that allows the restraining tray to lower has broken.my child was not hurt.the hinge simply 'popped out' when i was putting him in the seat.i have attached photos of the damaged hinge.the plastic appears to simply have fractured.because of this failure, the car seat is not functional.i suspect that this hinge is weak and could fail in a crash, which would be dangerous.the only identifying information on the car seat was:manufactured in : 22-130-wal02/14/2004t03b
